I popped my head in the door of the service station and asked them if they could put some air in my tire. This very sarcastic young man said, we are really busy, I am going to have to say no! not a good impression when I was considering taking my car there for servicing and it would have been within walking distance. You may have been busy, but how long does it take to put air in someone's tire. Luckily I made it to a place down the street and they were more than happy to help me. Learn some manners young man! Great place Jim and Jody hooked us up on a friday while driving to a campground and our check engine light came on. Did a google search and found them. It was a o2 sensor that came up on the computer. Got replaced in a half and hour and we were on our way. 9 months later still no light and the truck gets better gas mileage. We price checked with the dealership and it was half the price than what they wanted. This garage is mechanicsburg's best keep secret. I take all of our cars there now. First visit was because they were recommended by our regular mechanic to flush out the gunk in my son's 2001 Jeep, most likely caused by a previous owner using the wrong antifreeze. Daughter warned us that with the gunk removed she couldn't guarantee that we wouldn't get a leak, but that never happened and it worked like a charm for about 2 years, until... Second visit was to replace the radiator (about 20 years old at that point) when it cracked at the top. I don't see how this could possibly be related to the flushing, so it's just one of those things. Daughter also recommended replacing the water pump which made complete sense so we also had that done. Third visit was just last week, about another two years after the radiator replacement to check out a slow leak - no obvious holes or drips, so I suspect it's a pinhole leak in one of the hoses (now more than 20 years old). Daughter has always been very professional and honest with us, and I would add she's always been friendly with me on the phone and in person. I wouldn't hesitate to take any of our other vehicles there.

I took my car here for a yearly inspection. The waiting room is very small and full of paint fumes. After an hour they said there was a problem with my rear parking break actuator. They said it would cost $80 to fix. I was very suspicious of this because I do all my own maintenance on my cars. We walked out to the shop and I asked them what the problem was. They could not explain or show me the problem. I said I wasn't going to pay them $80 for this repair and take it off the lift. I took my car to another shop and it passed with no problems. Be very suspicious of this business and always get a second opinion.

9/13/12 Just had my 05 Tahoe in to this auto repair station and I can not say enough about how well I was treated from beginning to end. I originally made an appointment to have the truck inspected and I also was having an issue with the truck pulling to the right, so I asked to have the truck alligned. The owner, Andy Noon, told me he would check and when I went to pick the truck up, all he needed to do was to rotate the tires (NO CHARGE) I am new to the area and was a bit nervous going to a new mechanic due to an experience I recently had with my audi, but I feel as though I was treated so well, and honestly, that I will ALWAYS bring my vehicles here and I have no problem with recomending this shop to others.
