I just had the clutch repaired on my 1974 MG Midget at Ron's transmission. He took the time to figure out the exact problem, ordered the correct parts and fixed the issue without a full clutch rebuild/replace. I was thrilled with his expert analysis of the situation to repair my car without pulling the engine, which would have been an expensive procedure. Ron and Paula provided quality service at a reasonable price, and I would certainly return.

Rick made the process as easy as possible. The guy honestly went out of his way to get my business. 1- Rick called my warranty company for me 2- He scheduled me a rental car that was covered by my warranty 3- Warranty company's are always a pain in the ass but Rick called em did all the leg work got them to pay without having me wait long. 4- I ended up paying less that what my original deductible was! 5- probably my favorite part of my experience was when I picked up my car it was WAXED AND DETAILED! Like I said these guys went above and beyond for my car. Thank you Rick. Just the facts, with quality service and parts, at less than dealership prices. They do specialize in Toyota/Lexus, but I've brought my Hondas there for years and have been very pleased. After my old beat up car broke down in Warwick, RI on my way back to NYC, I happened to find Rebello Auto. Mike was amazing and had me out the door in 90 minutes with my car running better than ever! Mike got on the phone and made sure all the parts would still be under warranty in NY just in case, and although it had nothing to do with the repair, he made sure the super friendly care dudes topped off the fluids, checked the tires, and got everything set so we would be safe the rest of the way home. The pricing was very competitive and he went over everything before the work was done. While I was waiting I saw Mike handle a number of people who he knew and remembered, and they had obviously been doing work with Mike for a while. If I was in Rhode Island I would certainly be a repeat customer just like them. Thank you so much guys!

Randy's is hands-down the best auto shop I've had the pleasure to work with in twenty-five years of car-ownership. You can probably find some of their services cheaper elsewhere, but you won't find their reliability or their customer-care.

The customer service is excellent, the mechanics are very knowledgeable and honest. They initially told me that there was nothing wrong, they called me later on after they had done their homework and said that they had figured out what the problem was, they also told me that if I had any other issues to bring it back to them in a heartbeat.

My MB needed a tuning belt replacement and I emailed Dave and setup an appointment. Upon arrival I was given an estimate of the time. I left for work and in exact time I got a message that my car's tuning belt was replaced. Dave, bob and their team deserve all the credit for their professional and friendly service.
