Excellent service, I have been with them for a few years .. They have always been totally honest with me and take goood care of my vehicles ... I am extremely touchy about my cars as I have been scammed a few times in the past and they are nothing but straight up honest with what my vehicles need and dont need .... i lost faith in Overseas Car Care, aka Overseas Service Haus, aka Overseas Service Auto Haus after having my car there for 3 months for a bad fuel pump. had it towed to another shop only to find out that they Overseas had removed about $2000 worth of perfectly good parts and threw them away. They refused to replace them. to give them 1 star makes me sick.

The overall service is fine. They get you in and out as fast as possible an the the shop operators are very courteous. Their prices are reasonable. HOWEVER...the "free shuttle service to work or home" is unreliable. After arriving at the shop with my towed vehicle I was informed that the shuttle was at least 45 minutes away and there was nothing they could about it. They had no recommendations for cab service and I was forced to sit in their waiting area and comb through the telephone book for a ride home. The "free shuttle service" ended up costing me $25 in cab fare. Be warned...call to verify that their shuttle is available before you go to their shop or you may wind up stranded!!!

I have been going to 3rd street garage for a little over a year and have had several things fixed on my jeep. One was the steering box in my jeep last year. When I picked up my jeep the airbag light was on. The mechanic told me to just unhook the battery and the light will go away. I did that and the light remained on. I called Melvin and he said bring it in. I also had a leak in my radiator so I went by there . They were suppose to fix the radiator and fix the airbag problem created when they were working on the steering box. I was even told by the mechanic that is was a clock spring that probably broke while working on it. When I picked up the jeep they fixed the radiator and did not fix the light. When I asked about it they told me they they need to order a special tool to see what the problem was but they said if it was the clock spring then its on them, and if its my airbags then its on me. WHAT??? My jeep was fine when I let you work on it and now there is a problem. It should not be anything I have to deal with. I called back to see if they had this "Special Tool" and was told that Melvin would call me back. That has been 5 days ago and I have not heard from anyone.. Also I find out from them that the whole time, including now, that my airbags will not work if I have an accident. I have had my kids in that vehicle quite a bit and never knew this. The place is ran horribly and is very dirty. I am sure they they have done some people right, but the experience I have had with them has been HORRIBLE. The fact is there is probably no special tool and they are just hoping I don't come back. The spring cost over $400 they told me and that's $400 that they should eat, not me. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

I took my car in for some brake work, when they called to say it was ready they suggested I have the fuel filter changed. I have had it done at other place before and was charged $30-35. Carl's charged me $127.80. When I disputed it I was told a master mechanic changed your gas filer. I was told if I bring it in for an oil change they would upgrade me to synthetic oil for free. -- But wouldn't I be paying a "master mechanic" to do the oil change? Wonder how much that would cost $1000.00??? I declined.

My car was making a real odd noise and I thought my ac was going bad. I took it to Eagle Transmission in Mesquite. They were able to quickly diagnose that my belt tension-er was the problem. They fixed it promptly and got me back on the road for a lot cheaper than I expected. My car has been running fine ever since. Thanks you so very much.

They are holding my vehicle even though they were paid in full. I am trying to find owner to lease my fx35 It is customary to sign a mechanical lien before business has gotten paid but only a fool would do it after paying in full. They were to replace radiator but also doubled charges to 1000.00 to include replacing fan and wiring harness.
