Brake repair service near Euless, TX

They have been wrestling with the front end of my old truck for 6 months for a $69 alignment, due to damage to a bolt that was NOT their fault. Never been less than courteous, I am about to pay them for another alignment *(don't do lifetime, on this truck I'll bet they are glad) and take my truck back in, I hit a curb in Arlington. They are helping me find a RARE replacement bolt that is long enough to hold a proper alignment. I bought 4 tires from them in May because I felt like I owed them the sale, tires are great. I do my own oil changes, and just use NTB for tires and alignment.

Flat rate for labor is $200.00 even if its an easy fix of $19.00 for a new thermostat. I took my car in on a Monday morning to get a professionals opinion as to why my car was overheating. I did not receive a call back until Friday at 4:30pm I immediately returned my missed call at 5pm, but they were already closed, WHICH their sign says they are open from 8:00am to 5:30pm. The following Monday a week after my car was dropped off I call back and ask for the DANNY what the issue is with my car, he did give me an estimate of $250.00 to replace the thermostat, NO WAY!!! Oreilly's has it in stock for $19.00. I told Danny, No don't fix it I'll be there to pick up my car. When i arrive at the shop two hours later (during my lunch break from work) he says there is a fee for $87.00 to put my car back together. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Why am I being charged if no repairs where done to my car? Because it had to sit at his shop for a whole week before they can even look at it & they had to take it apart to find out why it was overheating....BULL! I had been a loyal customer since 2005, he had done major repairs to all my vehicle, so i knew his labor charge is $200.00, but to replace a simple thermostat, sorry i was not going to pay $250.00 when i can replace it myself. I asked nicely to waive the $87.00 since it wasn't my fault that my car was sitting there for a WHOLE week, he has a temper WATCH OUT!! he yelled at me said NO $87.00 and get your car out of here or $250.00 so we can fix it! I said to him fix it & please have it ready within the hour (I was there at 11:30am), he said NO I'll have it ready at 3:30pm, i said fine i will be here at 3pm. I go to pick up my car Danny says to me I was able to knock of $7.00...Thank you Danny & paid the bill.... YOU JUST LOST ONE LOYAL CUSTOMER TODAY!!!

My car was broken down and I called Teaberry Enterprises the chief mechanic and principal owner is Scott. I was very much impressed with the service that I received this is a knowledgeable mechanic and an honest one. I highly recommend this mechanic to anyone who has any car problems

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Kent and his repair facility. He is honest and fair, his prices are reasonable for work performed. There are not many great mechanics left who will be honest and give you a fair price these days, he is a diamond in the rough of life. I would recommend him highly. Top notch organization. I recently purchased a used Volvo and I needed a mechanic shop that I could trust. I made several requests to about 10 different shops and this was the only one that responded in a timely manner and with a professionally written quote and a phone call. This was also the farthest from my home than the others I had send inquiries to. So based on the quick professional response and a couple of phone conversations that impressed me, I chose European Auto Tech. Arthur and Caesar were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and even had my car ready the next morning. Originally they said they may have it for a couple of days, so they were actually ahead of schedule. They did find a few things that needed immediate attention and they called me to see if I wanted to proceed and didn't add any extra labor charges onto the bill. It's not really that parts for an old E-55 AMG only come from Germany and are obviously gold plated. Everything else would be a 6 Star if it was a available.

Do not use this company. I paid $220 for a service he did not provide. He supposedly filled my car with freon and I was told it was a little cooler but still warm I had to pay an additional 100 to have freon put in my car and was told it did not have any freon. He lied and no service was provided. This company is a RIP OFF. DO NOT USE THEM

Dropped off my car for a wheel alignment being told to pick up after 45 minutes. After coming back right at the 45 minute window, come to find out, no one was working on the car. Manager on Duty gave lame excuses like its been too hot this evening, etc. Nevertheless, car gets on the alignment rack and 15 minutes later was ready for me. Manager on duty, put paperwork in NTB envelop without explanation of what work was done. I open the envelop to read the alignment report, to find that the alignment was out of spec and for the most part had not changed from what was before. Upon questioning, Manger on duty says that his alignment techs had left for the day and as such had to put a general mechanic to work on the alignment. What's more that the tech did not have the right tools to do an alignment.Apparently the alignment techs have their personal tools and NTB does not provide them the necessary tools. Seemed very rubbish to me. Looks like I just pissed off 90 minutes of my life with the alignment being just as was before. I am mad about the fact that when the car was signed in for alignment, no one in the shop mentioned that they will not have the right guys working on it nor that they did not have the tools. This seems very deceitful to me. These guys just lost a customer & I sincerely hope that they loose more !!! Very Irate customer ...

12/2/12 "service date"- Rude customer service. Kevin helped me when I walked in to get a diagnostic code on my car and said I would have to wait since there were customers behind me which was fine. The thing that bothered me was that we he told me that he answered the phone and took the call and left me standing there. Didnt even offer to try and get someone else to help me or get another associate to take the call so that I would be helped. I had enough, went over to Auto Zone, I got my code in 5 mins and was very helpful.
