Brake repair service near Florence, TX

I bought a car from the BMW Specialist who worked there Josh Krustchinsky, the car had some major issue and it was denied by all. White smoke was present off and on and clanking noise on a right turn and died and won't start of the day I picked the car up. This was over several months and discussion to have the car evaluated for safety and future expensive on a current purchase of this used care to determine if the car should be return for refund. I was told the car did have the issues of white smoke months later and the noise both were address at no cost to me and was fine. If these issue were present and sell of vehicle than these expenses and issues would have not lead me to purchase the car. We went to court over the issue and it was stated the car was in good working condition and not any problems. I lost my case and had to buy another battery and alternator for this fine running car. After an evaluation at BMW Austin Idetail for sell report stated the internal oil leak would require taking the engine apart to fix and the clanking was a sway bar hydraulic leak in the front and rear. So the adjusting of coils that donot exist on this car and the engine being a major repair. It is impossible to state the car is in good driving condition. Than you also told the customer to feel safe in the car and repairs or complete no problems and all fabricated to move. I am sorry but after this nightmare and the lack of integrity to tell the truth to me and in court. I wouldn't have my car service there or conduct any other business. I have a car I can't drive and out of several thousands of dollars in this deal. The star is for the Brandon who wasn't afraid to tell the truth about the car and not cover up the white smoke and engine problem denied by all. two thumbs way up for his courtesy and professional attitude. If I could give them a negative rating I would have. I received my car back with scratches, nicks and tool marks on several places in my interior besides the oil and grease stains on my floor and interior parts of my vehicle. Also to mention they didn't put everything back together correctly. They were very difficult to work with I had to call them to find out when my part would come in to be told its been here and called to find out the status of my vehicle with no response. I showed up for them to tell me I need to bring it to the dealer to finish the repairs and wanted me to deliver it to the dealer myself. They were very unprofessional throughout this whole process and I will never return to Firestone for any type of repairs or service. They should have stuck to fixing tires only, but Discount tire is still much cheaper and more easy to work with. The Manager Rolando Ramirez should have stepped up and made this right instead of passing these problems back the consumer, Firestone should have better management training for being such a large company or they chose the wrong employee for the job here. I would expect to receive my vehicle back in the same condition and repaired before I would pay and take possession back. They should have done the leg work to make this right.

They put the wrong oil in my tranny burnt it up then Keith refused to give me the owners man hung up on me every time said he was gonna y’all with the owner have them call me that never happend he’s a real pice of shit they had kids doing the work it states he was in the well doing the work witch he never left the office area to check there work I fannaly get him to talk to me with out him hanging up he said since I pulled the tranny there not liable remember now I’m a foot this goes on for 2 weeks I was at the point I hAd to do something to fix my truck he’s a pice of shit im gonna call a attorney
