Ever since they fixed my dad's truck in 1992, my family has always gone to Car-X for everything car-related- even to ask their opinion on what model of car to buy! And they always smile and help us out. We really appreciate their professionalism and good prices.

Excellent Services
My mom has always gone to Car-X because they are so reliable and they do not overcharge for every little thing. She always said they were trustworthy and wouldn't cheat us, and I have seen this to be true. We love Car-X, they've been like a friend of the family for years now and we have no intention of going elsewhere.

Excellent Services
My dad got in a bad accident one year ago. He was ok but the car was totaled- or so we thought. Just for the heck of it we brought it in to Car-X to see what could be done with it. They blew our minds by fixing it up and presenting us with a drivable car! I've never seen anything like it. They saved us a lot of money buying a new car, it'll last us for a while longer.

Excellent Customer Service
If I was to suggest any car shop, I'd say Car-X is the absolute best in Texas! I'm a single mom with no knowledge of how cars work, so mechanics tend to take advantage of that and charge me more than they would charge a guy who knows cars themselves. But at Car-X I'm always treated fairly. My guy friends who do know cars have been really impressed with how Car-X has handled my recent repairs and maintenance.

Like it
Hands down, the best service I have ever received from a shop. No questions asked when I went back for follow up service due to the initial one. The manager is always very courteous and they are all very service oriented.

Car check-up
I had a small problem with them on Monday and the next day they called me to see if they can figure out a solution. They have excellent customer service and are nothing like other companies that just blow off a customer if they complain, they are willing to listen and correct the problem. They changed my opinion of them very quickly and i will be going back or other minor things my car needs.

general servicing
Excellent work. I will go to Car x again for my general servicing needs when they fall due. The staff were friendly and were always ready to help.
