Its Called Customer service
I run a used car dealership, so I have a lot of vehicles coming in and out of my possession that need repairs, tune-ups, etc. Car-X has given me great prices and impeccable service over the years, I have never even thought of going anywhere else because the service I get there is so good. They were unable to get one of my cars fixed on time once due to a situation outside of their control so they gave me a discount on the price.

A few weeks ago I needed an oil change so I asked my friends who they liked to go with for car maintenance stuff. Most of them said to try Car-X, so I did. They performed their task quickly and were really polite. And the rates were good. I'd go back again.

Best Services, I ever had
They were extremely nice and polite when I was not - very impressed by their customer service and great work.I walked in flustered because I was late for work and snapped at the guy for no reason. I feel bad about it, but more than that, I was really surprised at how extremely polite and helpful he was in spite of my bad attitude. They checked out the used car I was planning to buy and made sure nothing was wrong with it, and were very clear about what they did and why. The full review of the car was about $100, and very worth it. I'll definitely come back if I need anything done on the car in the future.

Fixed Hand break
Far and away one of the better shop experiences I have had. I went in due to a failing emergency break on my jeep. The team fixed the hand break and then contacted me regarding a leak in my front shocks. I returned to the shop, took a look at the suspension myself, then asked them to fix it on the tightest of budgets. They fixed my shocks, hand break, replaced break and plate lights, preformed an oil change, tire pressure, rotation and topped off fluids. I was expecting a bill well over $500, however, they ran discounts across the board and reduced my price to a little over $400 (parts and labor). Good service, friendly and a good price. I highly recommend.

I really don't know too much about cars and as a girl I always feel like I'm being taken advantage of when I go to an automotive shop. However I went in today for a brake job at car x and the guys there Clay the store manager and Tim really took the time an explained to me what all needed to be replaced and why, they also gave me a reasonable price compared to some of the others. It took less than 2 hours and I was out the door. They are super friendly there and I will be going back there for my future car needs. Thank you guys so much

If you want great, friendly and thorough service go to CarX on Anderson Mill and ask for Gabriel. This shop has serviced everything from our cars to our boat. We brought our Lexus in for a 90k service including new brakes. Great job. Today we had a dead battery that we bought at Auto Zone last year and Gabriel arranged to have a new replacement sent from Auto Zone (thanks to Mike) to CarX and the car! Complete service and friendly personnel.
