Emissions testing service near Houston, TX

Went in for an oil change before going on a road trip and the GM Michael was very honest and explained that it could be unsafe to drive so far due to an issue he identified. And it did turn out to be an issue that needed to be addressed. Not to mention if I had ignored the advice would have left my family stranded somewhere on I10. He and his coworkers were very helpful and understanding of our situation, I couldn't have asked to be link up with anyone better than Michael, his boss and his crew! Another great service experience! I have been a customer for 4 years. I'm not sure why it took 10 years living in this area, for me to find this established shop. I have been very satisfied with all of the service provided. They are professional, courteous, honest, ethical & provided quality work on my Infiniti, BMW and Landcruiser. They provide you details on the service that needs to be performed and the labor rates are very reasonable. I can't say enough about the satisfaction and savings that I have experienced by taking my vehicles to Byrd Automotive. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!

The worst experience ever took my car there cause my gear wouldn't go into park so he charged me 150.00 to look at it then disassembled my shifter and left it like that with no solution said he couldn't find parts for it said for me to go look for another solution for it. And then they had disabled my car alarm and they couldn't get it to work again and Dave tells me they don't know how to get it to work. Well first off my car was fine when I got there my alarm worked. And they did nothing to help to get my alarm working he tells me go to an alarm company to get it fixed. I will never go there again shity service they will take you money with no problem at all. So my shifter doesn't work my alarm doesn't work and I am out 150.00 so people don't go there I am not sure they can help you they didn't help me at all.

I am very satisfied with the work by A+ Transmission Specialists. Being a disable veteran, I Strongly advice anyone needing not only transmission work but any type auto mobile service to feel confident that you will see quality work. Great service

Personable and not a bad location either. This isn't a big shop, but they are friendly and knowledgeable. They specialize in Jaguars, Land Rovers, and Mini Coopers. I must be one of many people who hate the Mini dealership (I drove all the way to the Woodlands to buy my Mini after reading reviews of Momentum Mini, but it's not practical to go there for maintenance). It's strange that I didn't hate Momentum Volvo when I had one....is it just the Mini folks for some reason? Mike is chatty and tells you what's going on with the repair, and knows what's going on with my car. I was so glad to find them.
