Top notch organization. I recently purchased a used Volvo and I needed a mechanic shop that I could trust. I made several requests to about 10 different shops and this was the only one that responded in a timely manner and with a professionally written quote and a phone call. This was also the farthest from my home than the others I had send inquiries to. So based on the quick professional response and a couple of phone conversations that impressed me, I chose European Auto Tech. Arthur and Caesar were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and even had my car ready the next morning. Originally they said they may have it for a couple of days, so they were actually ahead of schedule. They did find a few things that needed immediate attention and they called me to see if I wanted to proceed and didn't add any extra labor charges onto the bill. As a woman, car repair can be intimidating and it's important to find a shop that I can trust. Kevin and Brian are some of the nicest guys! They are not necessarily the cheapest, but they are really reasonable and great to work with. They won't recommend work that doesn't need to be done. Before they had ever done any mechanical work for us, I had called because I had a flat tire. They came by, while I was gone, and aired up my tire. I came home and it was fixed! NO CHARGE!!! We keep our cars until they no longer work. One has over 150k and the other over 230k and B&M is helping us get every mile out of them! (They are hard to see from the road. Southwest Autowerks is the most honest, professional and reliable mechic shop in the DFW Metroppex. I highly recommend their services regardless the size of the job to anyone-especially BMW owners. They should be the first stop source for all mechanical needs but especially when you need a second opinion. I took my vehicle (Acura TLX) to have the AC filter, cabin filter and break fluid flushed and was in and out with my two little ones in no time at all! Very good service with great employees. I went there and usually had bad experience because of Carlos but I went last month and they told me they had new management!

The staff was courteous and professional. The shop diagnosed the problem in time to order the part and turn out my jeep cherokee by mid day the following afternoon. They gave me a few helpful hints and did not try to sell me anything that i did not need. Overall a pretty good experience.

i lost faith in Overseas Car Care, aka Overseas Service Haus, aka Overseas Service Auto Haus after having my car there for 3 months for a bad fuel pump. had it towed to another shop only to find out that they Overseas had removed about $2000 worth of perfectly good parts and threw them away. They refused to replace them. to give them 1 star makes me sick.

After a year of problems with my car, Golden Rule in 24hrs had it diagnosed and repaired. I would highly recommend especially to single female car owners. For once I had repair done and didn't have to take back because something not done correct or another issue was now present. They are the Best!
