As a woman, car repair can be intimidating and it's important to find a shop that I can trust. Kevin and Brian are some of the nicest guys! They are not necessarily the cheapest, but they are really reasonable and great to work with. They won't recommend work that doesn't need to be done. Before they had ever done any mechanical work for us, I had called because I had a flat tire. They came by, while I was gone, and aired up my tire. I came home and it was fixed! NO CHARGE!!! We keep our cars until they no longer work. One has over 150k and the other over 230k and B&M is helping us get every mile out of them! (They are hard to see from the road. Although there was never any conversation between the company and myself, I did receive the repaired part back unexpectedly one day without knowing when it would be repaired or returned. I had my car towed in because it wouldn't start. They had me out the next day and worked with my warranty company.

My transmission went in March 2014. Gibco rebuilt it. It took over 2 weeks. It began slipping and shifting hard and would not go into overdrive. I brought it back to them. They have had my truck for 10 days, the day it was to be ready, they will not answer the phone. I live 180 miles from Ft. worth. I have been lied to and they don't complete their work on time. Do NOT take your vehicle here for any reason!

i brought car in to have transmission check he said it wasnt worth rebuilding and he would look around for a used one he called back next day said he located one it had 50000 miles on it 13oo.oo witch included new axles 6 months warranty i hadnt drove car much only 2200 miles sinced replaced 7 months it started acting up called steve and he said nothing could be done it only had 6 month warranty you would think a 50000 mile transmission would do better than that not very good service not recommended
