This is the best automotive shop in North Texas. Most honest and reliable guys in the business. Louis has been nothing but honest and has shown me the issues with my vehicle instead of just telling me. I would travel over a 100 miles to have these guys work on any of my vehicles.

Took my car there and they were unable to even diagnose the problem after having the car for 2 weeks. During the 2 weeks they had the car, I called numerous times to check on the progress. Was told they were doing "tests" and was told the mechanic would call me later. Never received any calls. Decided to take the car to another shop and when I went to move the car, the mechanic told me he would move it for me the next morning. At lunchtime, a friend called me to tell me they still hadn't moved the car. When I called them, April told me to come move it myself. I informed her that I had been there the previous day to move it and the mechanic said he would get it moved for me. The shop the car was moved to had the problem diagnosed within a couple of hours.

Southwest Autowerks is the most honest, professional and reliable mechic shop in the DFW Metroppex. I highly recommend their services regardless the size of the job to anyone-especially BMW owners. Although there was never any conversation between the company and myself, I did receive the repaired part back unexpectedly one day without knowing when it would be repaired or returned. I had my car towed in because it wouldn't start. They had me out the next day and worked with my warranty company.

My transmission went in March 2014. Gibco rebuilt it. It took over 2 weeks. It began slipping and shifting hard and would not go into overdrive. I brought it back to them. They have had my truck for 10 days, the day it was to be ready, they will not answer the phone. I live 180 miles from Ft. worth. I have been lied to and they don't complete their work on time. Do NOT take your vehicle here for any reason!
