The staff was courteous and professional. The shop diagnosed the problem in time to order the part and turn out my jeep cherokee by mid day the following afternoon. They gave me a few helpful hints and did not try to sell me anything that i did not need. Overall a pretty good experience.

Top notch organization. I recently purchased a used Volvo and I needed a mechanic shop that I could trust. Arthur and Caesar were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and even had my car ready the next morning. Originally they said they may have it for a couple of days, so they were actually ahead of schedule. They did find a few things that needed immediate attention and they called me to see if I wanted to proceed and didn't add any extra labor charges onto the bill. It's not really that parts for an old E-55 AMG only come from Germany and are obviously gold plated. Everything else would be a 6 Star if it was a available.

I was very impressed that they noticed my oil was extremely low since they were replacing a radiator. This shows how thorough they are, that they checked the oil without being asked. I was very impressed.
