Ac and heating repair service near Sealy, TX

Service was completed, but 10 months later service lights were on again. I am having trouble right now with having the owner to make the necessary repairs to ensure the work is completed? I have been given the run around and still I have no vehicle. My trust in the facility as a single female has been shattered. I was hoping that I could trust a repair shop (individuals) to do what is right! I paid a fair price and I hoped for a completed repair. It saddens me to think that as a single female I have to make sure that I have a man with me to ensure that I will be treated with dignity and respect and pay for a service and receive what paid for!

This is the first mechanic in more than a decade that I have found to be completely honest and reasonable. We have a Honda, a Ford and a Mitsubishi and all three cars are serviced by Paul and the mechanics. Such a nice, and honest service and dependable. Several times, Paul did not charge us to verify timing belts and some of the other "problems" other shops found. Once you experience their service you will never go anywhere else.

I was very pleased with the job the mechanics did, the prices, and especially the customer service. Robbie was the guy I spoke with and he was very friendly. He made me feel right at home even though I'm just a stranger passing through.

Went in for a M/T fluid change and they did a great job. My car felt like it was shifting better as soon as a left the parking lot. They have a nice waiting area with free wifi and coffee so hanging out for a little bit was pretty relaxing. I will definitely be a returning customer.

If you are looking for an honest reliable shop in the area then you have to try Golden Wrench located in the busy side of west side houston. My 2008 Lexus LS460 was due for the 60k maintenance and I was pressed for time, so I was not able to take it to Westside Lexus and I'm glad I didn't because that rate at Golden Wrench is half! To my surprise they have a master technician there that specializes in Japanese vehicles, so my car was a snap for him.

The BBB gives them an F rating -- wonder why? Could it be that after FOUR trips, with no loaners available, my car STILL had the Service Engine Soon light go on before I got home??? They don't know what they are doing, they are rude, and they don't care. The General Manager won't return phone calls. Avoid the dealership, but ESPECIALLY the service department!
