Took my vehicle here after hitting a deer. When I got my car back outside looked good, but car wasn't running yet and I did't look at the undercarriage. I drove into Austin and I could smell radiator coolant. I looked under my hood and the coolant was where it needed to be filled. I crawled under my vehicle to look for a leak and noticed that the undercarriage cover wasn't replaced and it was ripped and just tucked under. I called them they took my car to the back for about 5 mins and brought it back told me that I must of hit something due to there being new damage. Mind you not damage noted to the outer part of my vehicle. They told me that my radiator bracket was bend on the same side where the damage was originally. They ripped more of the undercarriage under my car and said that is where the new damage was so I hit something if I knew it or not and I would need to file a new claim to get it fixed. I would not recommend the place to anyone and very disappointed I went here.

My 2004 Nissan Titan took a hit from a deer. Thankfully the team at Ellis and Salazar Anderson Mill made it look even better than before it hit the deer. They supplemented appropriately for what the estimate did not cover and even cleaned up some little things as a nice gesture. I recommend this shop to anyone wanting high quality and honest repairs.

AND, FINALLY,.... IF YOU WANT TO MAKE THIRTY OR FORTY PHONE CALLS LISTENING TO EXCUSES FROM THE OWNER WHILE ALL THIS HAPPENS.... THEN, BY ALL MEANS GO TO ROAD RUNNER!!
