Body Repair

IF YOU WANT TO WAIT 3 1/2 WEEKS FOR A FENDER-BENDER JOB ESTIMATED AT 3 DAYS WHILE THE OWNER TRIES TO GET THE INSURANCE CO. TO PAY MORE MONEY THAN HE AGREED TO FIX IT FOR.... iF YOU WANT TO GET YOUR CAR BACK WITH NO WINDSHIELD WASHER TANK, DIFFERENT COLORED FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHTS, THE HOOD-RELEASE HANDLE AND CABLE LAYING ON THE FLOOR, THE $250 FAN YOU INSTALLED ON THE A/C HANGING BY A THREAD AND RUBBING A HOLE IN THE COOLING CORE, AND THE ABS AND TRACTION CONTROL WARNING LIGHTS ON (BECAUSE OF A SPEED SENSOR CABLE ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE CAR FROM THE REPAIRS) .... IF YOU WANT TO WAIT ANOTHER THREE WEEKS WHILE THE OWNER, GRADY FOSHEE, TRIES TO GET THE INSURANCE CO. TO PAY MORE MONEY TO FIX THE SPEED SENSOR, AND THEN TAKE IT TO A REAL MECHANIC WHO DiSCOVERS THE SPEED SENSOR CABLE HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED AND AND STUFFED INSIDE THE PARKING LIGHT WELL.... AND, FINALLY,.... IF YOU WANT TO MAKE THIRTY OR FORTY PHONE CALLS LISTENING TO EXCUSES FROM THE OWNER WHILE ALL THIS HAPPENS.... THEN, BY ALL MEANS GO TO ROAD RUNNER!! Otherwise, SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION!

valve cover gasket and timing belt

I have struggled with writing this. However, the truth is the truth. I took my car there for a timing belt job and valve cover gasket replacement because of a friends suggestion. The valve cover gasket job was not done correctly and i had to take it elsewhere to have it redone because oil was leaking out of the sides. Then as time went on my car slowly started puttering, had no power upon take off and sometimes would be delayed in starting... these were gradual symptoms that got worse over time. Last month, I finally took it in to some one else and I was showed with photographs what damage had been done. They said it was a result of a BAD TIMING BELT JOB. The teeth were set two off and created a domino affect of symptoms. THANK GOD it didnt do permanent damage to the engine. However it did cost me an additional $1300.00 . So, this whole deal has been a VERY expensive ORDEAL...I am not happy with RoadRunner. The auto mechanic and myself soke with them and they had no interest in rectifying the situation......My car is now purring like a kitten...
