Alignment service near Spring, TX

Was sent to this shop by Discount Tires to repair a stud they broke on my van. This shop is horrible, they lack in Customer Service and gave me the run around and never fixed the van. Discount Tires was notifed and they are currently looking for a new vendor.

11-18 -19 My car over heated. Stan, who is a lair and a cheat, told me it was a thermostat. So I greed to have them fix it. Then Stan called claiming the water pump was bad and it is easier to replace the timing belt at this time so I agreed. While they changed the timing belt they mistimed the engine and destroyed it. They bought a replacement engine a “ salvaged” long block. No telling how many mile is on it! I asked that they put the parts I paid for on the salvaged engine. Almost ONE month later, 12-16-19 after repeated calls made by me I was able to pick up my car. I presented the rental car bill and Stan, who is a lair and a cheat said the owner will send me a check, but my car broke after 10 minutes of driving. They tried to claimed it was the exhaust not the engine but eventually cleared the problem. I asked Stan who is a lair and a cheat, if the new parts are on my car and he said no, but I’m going to warranty it for 3yrs 36k miles prorated. Next morning the engine light came on so I took it to the dealer it was there for 3 days while repairing the wiring and sensors that weren’t wired correctly and install missing bolts on the engine! To date my car has still overheated 2X I have exhaust fumes in the cab and most importantly I have not been reimbursed for the rental car and don’t have the parts I paid for.

In Houston tx 77077 The worst breack job I ve ever experienced in my last 3 cars theses people don't know what the hell they doing I had a pads replaced and rotter cut. after I came back for the reoccurance of the noice that idiot bold guy there told me I need flushing also called bleeding which I did and still have the noice I spent a lot of time and money at that crapy place called just breaks, When I took the car to my mechanic he inform that these idiots use the cheapest bracke pads that u can ever get and the bleeding was not necessary What a rape off ! Just breaks should change their name to. Just idiots !!!

Scammers! They are cutting corners and you don t know it! He quoted me a price to fix my catalytic converter. When the car was ready he claimed the O2 sensor was also bad and replaced it without calling first! (I still don t believe him because there is a different code for failing O2 sensors. He was just trying to get more money off me.) That added almosts another $200! He said he would do an oil change for free, but he put regular oil in it instead of the synthetic that I always use. I told them not to do anything else to my car. I took it to another place immediately to change the oil AGAIN. They told me the work had not been done properly and that they didn t replace the oil filter when they replaced the oil...that I need to take the car somewhere else to have the work cleaned up. (incorrect bolts and seals) Don t use these people if you want to actually get the work you are paying for!!!

You all literally scammed me out of monies. I brought my car there to get a diagnosis on my AC because it was no longer working. The tech ran a scan, then recharged the freon ($270) only to tell me that the compressor was no good. Mike presented me with a quote of $2500 to replace it, parts and labor. From there, I took my car to another shop whom ran a scan and diagnosed the problem to be the pressor sensor. They charged me $340 for the scan, to replace the sensor, and recharge my freon and the AC has been working ever since. They also told me that you all should have know that it was the sensor before recharging the refrigerant. I will never return to your shop because I do not trust you. The same thing happened when Mike was on vacation and I brought my car in to have a water hose replace. You all did a bypass on my auxiliary water pump. I was told that the part had been discontinued and that the bypass was the work around per the dealership. Well, I called the dealership and was told that was not true as well and that bypassing the pump cause problems. When confronted with this information, after coming back from vacation, Mike insisted that only the hose had been changed which is not true. You all are not to be trusted and I will never refer you business.

This shop is ran by a jamaican man named Mally and he is the most useless person I have ever met in my life. First, my car has been in his shop for over a month and i have paid him about 70% of his money! I was there today and he had the audacity to tell me to leave his shop otherwise he would take my car off his machine I wish there was a way to report him to any business bureau in Houston. His shop should be closed, he is so uncultured!

I took my car there after getting a nail in my tire, which was covered by Firestone's road hazard insurance. They told me that I had two punctures that were too close together to be repaired, so I need to buy a new tire which cost $105.00 after rebate. I didn't fall for that and strongly insisted that they repair the tire.
