Made an appointment the day before and was told they would have my truck for an hour for all I requested of them. Three (3) hours later I went to the shop and they had just started the service. I don't mind if it takes longer but some sort of notice would have been appreciated. The mechanics don't use protective paper or gloves when in the interior of the vehicle, as I had oil on the seat cover and steering wheel. Not a big deal but have some respect for others property. Outside of these issues it seems all was well.
Sloppy work, high price
