As a women I feel intimidated when I have to have anything done on my car because I do not know anything about it. I was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of Dennis and Russ. They made me feel in control of the repair, showed me the part that was leaking and explained what it did. They did not talk down to me as a women and asked me if I had any other questions they could answer. I loved that they took me home since the car had to cool down before they could do the repair and the total bill was less then they had quoted. I have found a great new shop and will be telling all my friends about them. What a great family business. I got there just as they were doing some painting inside and they apologized for the stacks of equipment and parts outside while they finished painting during the night. When I went back the next day to pick up my car it looked so clean and bright inside. I was impressed that they had done so much in such a small amount of time. Susan Bailey

Rarely am I compelled to offer positive feedback. Every time I use Alignment Specialists, I always leave feeling confident my car was fixed properly and with a high level of professionalism. My car feels better, more quiet, and it truly puts my mind at ease. This last time, they were excited to tell me they are installing solar panels on their building to power all their high-tech equipment they use to ensure they provide the best results. Amazing, honest and incredible work! I went in for a brake inspection and an oil change and upon completion they told me exactly what was wrong with my brakes, what it would cost to fix it, what the warranty would be and how long it would take. Having no coupons in hand I was planning on paying the full price for the services. Keith stepped in and told me that he would give me the coupon price for the services rendered and took care of the inspection charge cutting my bill by 3/4! I would very much recommend this place to anyone looking for good, quality, honest and reliable automotive work. -Kyle
