So, this review is going to be a long one because it is a long story. I want people to know though. I took my car to get a State Inspection and an oil change. I had never been there before, but I though I would try it. Well, after waiting a normal amount of time I am told that my car needs two things to pass inspection. A transmission mount and a license plate bulb. I was told the transmission mount was broken, but that they did not have one. So, he said that he would call their warehouses to find one. He was unable to find one and said it would have to be ordered, so I told him I would try to find one myself and call him back if I couldn't. Well, I couldn't find it either except by ordering, so I just called him and told him to order it. This all happened on a Saturday. He promised me that they would have the part by Monday, so I said I would be there Wednesday morning to have the repair done. So, I drive up there Wednesday and walk in to get it repaired. I am then told that they have not received the part yet and that I will receive a call when they do. So, as I'm getting ready to leave I run into the man who I talked with Saturday. He then checks and tells me that what happened was they ordered the part, but the warehouse didn't do their job and order it. He says they might have it tomorrow. So, Saturday (a week later) I call them again and am told that they still don't have it. This time they tell me the warehouse dropped the ball and didn't inform them that the part wasn't available in the aftermarket world and that it would have to be ordered from the dealer. He then promises me that it is verified they will have it Tuesday and to bring in my car Wednesday ( a week and a half later from the first visit). So, I go in Wednesday (today) and they go ahead and pull it in and put it on a lift. I am then told that they received the wrong part. My car is a manual transmission, but they had received a mount for an automatic transmission. He tells me though that he ordered a backup with the dealership just in case this happened, but he won't have it until this afternoon. So, I have left my car their with them and await a phone call saying it is ready to go. I will update on what happens. So, as far as I'm concerned this is beyond unacceptable. Today is strike three. I'm extremely patient and had just wrote this off as an odd one time incident, but not now. This place seems incompetent and unable to simply obtain a part. The only reason I'm still having them do it is to get done today. If I get it done somewhere else they'll have to order it as well and there is no telling how that will go. Couldn't go worse than this though. So, if they don't get it fixed today, they can just forget and I'll go through the headache of taking it somewhere else. Either way, I'm never going back to Meineke. NEVER! I ALSO GIVE YOU A WARNING! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I had a great experience at Ms Tuffy. I called and explained my situation and they were helpful from the beginning. Mike kept me up to date with what was going on with my car and when there were additional problems, he offered a loaner car for me to use. I am very impressed with the professionalism of the manager and the entire staff and the work they do. I will definitely recommend Ms Tuffy to everyone I know and if the need arises, will be a repeat customer.

Great service by John at the store. A little delay out in the shop but John stayed on top of it. Very good pricing on the tires I bought. Really nice experience. Store could use a better parking area...very crowded for customers to get in move around the lot.

Hall's Tire & Auto did an excellent job. I suffered a flat and had been waiting to get new brake pads. Hall's fixed both for me, no appointment needed, in just a couple of hours. The reviews on Yelp were spot on - excellent customer service, quick repair, established business in place for 66 years. If you need repair work, I recommend Hall's.

I don't normally do this but because of exceptional service I feel compelled to say to all of you who have paid too much at dealerships that may or may not fix your problem you would be well-advised to give SANKO at this location a chance to change your mind about luxury car repair. I've been taking my old Jeep to Leete for a few years now. I've found them to be fair with their pricing, informative, honest , and very reliable. The Jeep won't quit, and I drive it hard... this is a testament to quality work that's been done under the hood. Add to this the fact that when I put my vehicle in the shop in the morning, it's always been ready for me the same day! Call ahead to make an appointment. These guys are busy, and rightfully so.

The Best, hands down! Automotive Specialty is the only place I take my 1995 Mercedes C220. From general preventive maintenance, to work of more serious nature, they do it all, and they do an extraordinary job. They are worth the 10 miles I drive to take my car to them. They are driven to give friendly and caring customer service with honest assessments of whatever problem my car may have, fair prices, quality work and expert automotive knowledge. It is a real garage, not fancy-schmancy, and your car will get fixed right the first time, 99.9% of the time.

Best Repair Shop Around! A undereducated diagnostic lead me to believe car problem was one thing but they not only fixed the correct problem, they saved me money as well. Kind and courteous staff kept me aware of progress and made me feel that my best interests were as important to them as it was to me. Owner greeted me personally which is something you don't get just anywhere. Pricing was great as was my entire experience. Highly Reccommended

The knowledge and quality of service was great. Person at front desk always lacks a bit of professionalism and the reception area is always a mess, but I still recommend Delta V and prefer it over a VW dealership
