Mechanic (Paul) agreed to work on a truck -- carberator. I agreed to his price and he said he would get right to it. Gave him the key to the truck. Days went by, no work done on truck. Then, I can't get him to call me back, making excuses. Scam to make me pay more? Decided he didn't want to do the work? He didn't return phone calls, or let me know what he was or wasn't going to do. Now, I have to tow my truck at my expense, and this joker still has the key to the truck. I would not do business with him.

I live full time in a 40' KZ Escalade REB...a $100,000 5th wheel when new. I would not trust the average tech to this coach. In fact I once had to because of timing and needing some help and Steve had to come in after the guy and fix the problem correctly. Steve is really a "Master Mechanic". I am a Systems Engineer at Microsoft so I am familar with troubleshooting and fixing things. Steve is a real pro and I can honestly recommend him anytime. His wife works the parts ordering and office stuff and she is great to work with also, no small part of the team by any means. You will be quite impressed if you call him out to service your rig, he will show you what a real mobile RV business looks like inside his truck. He came out today to fix a problem with our RV500 Tankless water heater. He did a great job.
