Sometimes things happen. It's how a business handles those things that matters. My daughter had her car repaired at the garage. Four days later the new part failed causing other problems. Bob had the car towed to his garage from quite a distance, reviewed the problem and repaired the vehicle. It is running great now. Bob was very professional and stands behind his work. I’m very pleased with Northshore Automotive. It’s the only place I bring my cars to for maintenance. Why? They do excellent work, they have reasonable prices, and they have excellent customer service. It's one of those things you just want to keep it for yourself, but I guess I have to share. I bought my Ford Ranger to Denton Restoration for repair work to the driver's side door and a radiator leak. Both were fixed in a timely matter and a reasonable price. I had my vehicle towed into there shop after finding them on Yelp as the best in the area and was informed that my timing belt had broken. They got me fix that same day the charge was over $300 less then what I had call around to other shop and got prices to make sure that there price was competitive. I was shocked that they were the best on yelp and the lowest price BY FAR!!! No extra charges when I picked up and the did a inspection and let me know of other issues I needed for my vehicle without pressuring me into anything.

Hands down best experience I've had at an automotive shop. I will definitely be bringing my car back in the near future :)
