Needed an alignment and they fit me in the schedule same day. However my truck is now making a horrible noise when I turn to the right. I replaced a bunch of parts before I took it there and drove it, and it did none of this before hand. Not sure if something wasn’t tightened all the way or what. Hoping to have it back in and looked at Monday.

I called and zipped in quick to Richlonn's on South 76th Street, to get new wiper blades installed. We have been going to Richlonn's on South 76th Street for close to 30 years. On my 7th Jeep Rubicon now, there is nothing they can't fix on my Jeeps! The mechanics explain everything in detail to me, and actually talk me out of things that I "think" I need replaced! Awhile back I though I needed new back brakes. The mechanic took the wheels apart and showed me that I did not need new brakes! That saved me several hundred dollars. The mechanic was able to find the mysterious squeak and do a simple fix! And I "thought" I was due for a new air filter. The mechanic took the old filter out and blew air threw it and showed me that I didn't need a brand new air filter. They have also lent me an emergency gas can to rescue a friend, filled up my boat trailer tires and rechecked the tire pressure for me before driving up North, and helped me with so many things that a "family" does for each other! Richlonn's on South 76th Street is honest, fair, and they stand behind their work. I am proud to be able to write this positive review for them!

Super!! The staff was professional and courteous, the lobby and waiting room were clean and pleasant, but best of all they were FAST! I stopped in to get my emissions tested, and within 20 minutes had my stickers and was back on the road! Very happy! -Paige Holland

I have a 2001 Toyota Tacoma with 87K on it. Great truck. Check engine light came on so I went to a local dealer where I had purchased two other vehicles in the past. They said I needed both catalytic converters for the not so surprising sum of $3600. I understand that dealers always charge high for parts but, no. I went to Paul's Bender Center ( to the dealers credit they did suggest Paul's ) and they quickly found bad gaskets near the O sensor causing the bad reading. One hour and $ 109.20 later AND a passed emissions I drove off smiling. I've been to Paul's in the past and will surely return and recommend their services to everyone. James M. Kenosha, WI

I have been going to Richlonn's (in Racine) for tires, brakes and service the last 15-years. I have always been pleased and satisfied as a customer. In fact, approx. 3-months ago, Mother needed tires (white whal) on '86 Cadillac and not having luck in finding what she wanted. I spoke to Brian V. (Store Manager) about the circumstances and then made an appointment for Mom to get tires. Mom is very satisfied with the new tires and 90,000 mile warranty. Also, no one came close to offering the lifetime rotation, price of installing, balancing and Computer check-up for alignment problem with Nitrogen air and extensions. I would like to thank the staff at Bonds as i was out for Train fest on Saturday.I had come out from West Allis to enjoy your city and hospitality of all invovled in this free event.So upon returning to my truck i found it wouldn't start.I tried to jump it and when that failed the good people at Bonds had one of their Mechanics come to assist me in trying to get it running.Mind you this was in the rain.Between the two of us we got it started finding out it was my starter.Was able to get back home and put a new starter in on Sunday.So thank you all at Bonds and the mechanic that braved the rainy weather.I work for a auto parts distributor in West Allis and deal with many shops may i say you have a great looking shop.Thanks again for getting me started and back on the road!!!
