5 Star Service and Staff
I had a very positive experience at Hoffman's Auto & Tire. We had a radiator flush done on our Jeep and shortly after there was a friction/vibrating sound coming from the front right side. After a few weeks made an appointment with Al to have our Jeep inspected. I didn't know if that sound was related to the radiator flush but needed to have the problem fixed. Al inspected the Jeep and found the some clamps were not connected or missing that secure a plastic cover under the hood. He said the cover was loose and air would pass through and cause it to vibrate or flap, and that they didn't secure the cover after the flush. He took full responsibility for the error and repaired it at no charge. I was surprised because I thought maybe the problem was not related to the flush. I appreciate Al's honesty and great service.
