Water pump replacement
In my opinion this mechanic is a CROOK!!! This mechanic charged me more than double what the parts cost plus $555.80 ( labor, coolant, shop supplies and charged me twice for the taxes)! $793.14 total. I was broke down heading to Illinois and he knew that I was stranded. So he inflated all his pricing and ripped me off!

OIL CHANGE
MY 2000 MAZDA MPV WAS SERVICED AT YOUR SHOP ON 8/29/2019 AT 195,155 MILES ON THE ODO. I NEED TO KNOW IF IT SHOULD HAVE AN OIL AND FILTER CHANGE NOW AT 196,100 MILES. PLEASE LET ME KNOW THE INFO ON THE OIL AND FILTER USED. BRAND, SYNTHETIC BLEND, ETC. THANKS.
