Engine Overheating
Jay and his crew are fantastic! My daughter was in Hoover when she experienced overheating problems with her Dodge Caravan. She called me and I drove up from Prattville to help her. When I discovered that she needed to have it taken to a shop for repair, I had it towed to Jay's shop where he quickly and properly diagnosed the issue and replaced the bad hoses and coolant parts. He also discovered what caused the radiator and coolant pipes and hoses to burst and quickly took care of that also by replacing the heat sensor that controls the radiator fan. 2 days later I traveled back to Hoover from Prattville to pick up the van and drive it home for my daughter. Great Job done by Automotive & Truck Doctor of Hoover! They corrected problems generated by both a Dodge Dealer and an well know repair shop in Prattville! I highly recommend Jay and his crew if you need your vehicle repaired!

transmission control module replacement
Took my car in for an electrical problem. They assured me they could fix it, but never gave an estimate for cost or time of completion. Owners have contempt for customers, and seemed to think I'm an idiot. Almost never answered the phone or returned calls. My car spent over two months in the shop, and I had to visit on site to get any answers to my questions. Misrepresented what they could actually do, and ended up sending car to the dealership for repairs. Automotive and Truck Doctor is an incompetent shop at best, and dishonest and unethical at worst.
