oil change
We took our car in for a routine oil change and they scared my wife into thinking she needed several things done to the car TODAY! We have taken that car to a dealer for several years now and they took very good care of it. We only took it to CarCare as a last resort because it was near by and open in the early am hours. Long story short they "scared" my wife into thinking she needed a lot more done, when in fact all of those issues were being monitored by another reputable dealer. I would not recommend CarCare to anyone!

Denied service
Came off as rude when I informed him that I had the parts already and said that the clutch I bought would not work well just because it's aftermarket. Said that they only install OEM parts and would not touch the car because I bought a upgraded clutch. Overall I would not recommend them for any type of service.

TIMING BELT
EXCELLENT SERVICE, I FELT LIKE THEY CARED AND CHRIS THE SERVICE MAN WAS VERY COUTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL, MY FIRST TIME THERE, AND NOW I HAVE A RELATIONSHIP. THANK YOU CARCARE FOR A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE
