CD player/radio installed
I bought my sister a new care stereo today. This is to replace the brand new she bought in December here at Sound N Wheels. If you ever need a car radio, DO NOT go to Sound N Wheels--after getting installed, we got home and the rear window defroster didn't work. They claimed to have nothing to do with that. After leaving, Renee discovered the CD player is defective. It gets to the middle of every CD and starts skipping. We took it back and they claimed it works fine for them and it must be the CD's and said one problem was that she was listening to books on CD instead of music CD and they didn't recommend that. DUH--like that makes a difference. After "looking" at it to tell us this, we get home and the blinkers and hazard lights no longer work and had to take it back again. They at least fixed whatever they messed up on that. Filed complaint with the Better Business Bureau and saw someone else had a similar experience. They have not answered the complaint. I guess we just eat that wasted money because they won't do anything and we don't trust them to touch the car anymore and wait to see what else they mess up.

new speaker installation
i arrived. picked out the brand speakers i wanted. filled out a work order and left my vehicle to be wroked on. he quoted us the wrong size speaker & called me when i left saying he would put in smaller speakers. he did the work. i came back to pick up my vehicle.. i paid and went home. when i get home i find out he put in the cheapest lowest quality speakers they sell. the very brand i said NO to when we talked about options when i first got there. HE even made fun of this brand and talked about how bad it was. we did not agree on a brand change just a size change. turns out they dont have the size i need in the brand i want. he didnt tell me of the brand change just so he could make the sale! i surely would have said NO. oh, AND my inside door handle fell off when i tried to get out of my vehicle. they didnt put my vehicle back together properly after they put in the speakers. of course they dont give refunds. just store credit. they do that because they KNOW they suck. STAY AWAY from this place. they WILL rip you off and break your vehicle in the process.
