I brought in my wife’s MDX for an oil change and the manager had all kinds of recommended add ons which I agreed to. Not sure any of those were necessary. However the one thing I wish he would have brought up was my free tire rotation service which is due and free because I bought the current set of tires there with the lifetime service warranty. Since that would have been free I feel like it was not a priority for the service manager to bring that up.

These guys saved the day. I had a flat tire and pulled into their lot 10min before they closed. They didn’t do anything but smile and help me out when I was very stressed and overwhelmed. They removed the nail and had me out of there and patched up so quick. Real good guys that work here.

I had a soft brake pedal and they replaced all pads and rotors. It was a bit better, but still soft. Then they replaced the master cylinder and there was some improvement but not back to normal. It was then suggested I take it to the dealership for an ABS module replacement. Great communication and work performed was done in a timely manor.

I had a flat tire on Sunday so Monday at 5 after work I took it to Plaza tire in Bentonville. The employee told me the guy who could look at my tire already went home at 4. So the next day I go at around noon on my lunch break. The manager told me they were busy and had 2 hour wait and to come back at 5. I told him that’s what I did the previous day and was told there’s no one after 4 and he reassured me that there would be someone there today at 5. So after work I go over at 5. The same manager tells me they are busy and they wouldn’t be able to get to my car today so I’ll just have to come the next day. Why did you tell me to come back at 5 and reassured me that there would be someone to fix it at that time? I ended up asking if I could just leave my flat tire and pick it up in the morning. I would’ve just gone somewhere else but before this experience I’ve always had a great experience here. Just the manager that told me to go back I wouldn’t want to deal with ever again.

I took my daughters car to Plaza tire to get a new set of tires on it. When it was time for rotation I asked my daughter 6 times to take it in and finally I just got up on Saturday and did it myself. I got 4 tires for my ram 2500 it was over $1700 I feel like it was a little overpriced but we will see how it goes with future service if I need repairs and such. That will be the determining factor in which my satisfaction will be it is always the follow up and customer service after they have your money that is important to me. I went to the Plaza Tires on New Hope in Rogers several months ago for a front end alignment and they broke one of my rod arms and did repair it but also made it sound like it was my trucks fault that it broke??? They never fixed the actual alignment issue and my truck still pulled to the right just like before I took it in. I blame this on my tires going bad quicker than they should have. My tires only had 20,000 miles on them but it was out of alignment. It was less than 2 years old so that put a bad taste in my mouth. This time for tires I went to the Plaza Tires in Bentonville on SW Regional airport drive and they were amazing. They put on 4 new tires and did an alignment with no issues at all truck drives great.

I received new tires on 10/15. less than 1 hr wait and had them on and ready. A few days later I noticed a rubbing noise and within a week I could tell there was a major issue. I believe his name was Derrik but he always is very helpful and I called him to let him know. He said to bring it in and they would take a look. Unfortunately I had a broken tie rod and front brake issue. Even though it was an additional $800 to fix, they had it done in under 2 hours even with having to order the rod from another location. No doubt I will continue using Plaza for mine and my families vehicles and all of my employees vehicles

I brought my car in for an oil change and ask the employee checking me in to make sure to check my tire pressure. They pulled my car in right away but I watched them bring several cars in afterwards that they were changing tires on of which all of them came in after I did. After about an hour someone behind the counter said to one of the employees, I need you to jump on the car for the oil change next. When they were done no one apologized for it taking so long and when I got in the car it showed that they did not check the tire pressure and set them at what I had requested. This was a horrible experience and I will not be back to any of your locations if this is the kind of service you give. I would have rated this experience a ZERO if it would have allowed.

Forgot to replace the green valve stem cap on tire/wheel being repaired. Left chalk markings on outer tire. These are, in my opinion, poor service when it was my very first time to use or visit a Plaza Tire ever. When I noticed that the air pressure was low and not up to spec with other tire pressures and I went to air up my tire, is when I noticed the cap missing and the poor cleaning job of tire. I had to go to another Plaza Tire near my house to get another cap. I am not completely satisfied with the service I received at Plaza Tire and not sure that I will use this company again. I am not a normal review person. I submit how I feel, not how I would like for you to feel. My truck is very important to me. With this, I go over it after services to make sure my 85 mile commute to work is not hindered by a missing or loose anything. Your service was, so far, better than the dealership has been rated by me. Couple of things: 1. The air filter cover was mis-aligned. I had to straighten it to align correctly. 2. There was new oil on the head cover at the outer valley where the spark plug boot meets the cover. I wiped that up and checked it for any leaks. 3. There was a mark of black oil on my A pillar cover trim inside my truck that was likely left by a technician cleaning and applying the oil change sticker. 4. I was shocked by the final price of this service. It would have been cheaper to have the same full synthetic service and tire rotation at the dealership. Next time, I will not have the full service menu option. I do want to mention the good! All things look good in your analysis and feedback. My truck does need an alignment and you noted that. My air filter is at the end of its life cycle and you noted that. Tires were clearly inspected and rotated as requested. Overall, this was a 4-star service.

I went in for an oil change and to have my front brakes and rotors checked (they were squeaky). They were awesome enough to tell me what caused the squeaky noise and tell me that new brakes would fix it but it wasn't necessary. It's nice not to be conned into unnecessary cast maintenance. I love this place.

I came into this location for a quick tire check due to low tire pressure warnings. I was promptly greeted in a friendly manner on my way into the store. The customer service experience after that far exceeded my expectations. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was quoted a rough time frame for completion of the work, even though the root cause wasn’t determined yet. And they completed the work within that time frame. I will certainly be back to this location. Highly recommend!

I had a tire that was bald on the outside tread and stopped in at 12:45pm. They checked my tires and my alignment, and I needed 3 outta 4 tires and an alignment. I told the gentlemen I needed to get my daughter by 2pm. They had 4 tires replace in 45 mins and scheduled the alignment for the next day. I was able to get my daughter on time and safely thanks to them!

I came in for an oil change. The process was pretty smooth, no complaints regarding it. Just felt the rep sold me an air filter for 15$, I thought that usually comes for free with an oil change. Some auto shops do that for free, and I realized after I paid for it, so feel a bit gutted.

Fabulous service, very helpful showed me the problem on my old tires. I had been to another local tire shop for an alignment because my car had a bad wobble.. after the service it still wobbled. I ask about my tires.. no answer. So I went to tire plaza where they found one tire almost showing its wire. As I drove away from tire plaza with my new tires .. No more wobble. I feel safe in my car now.

I usually keep my distance from tire shops and order tires online and mount myself. This time the tires I wanted online were the same price as a good set with full warrenties and a lifetime alignment. I decided to give them a try and I am very impressed. They threw down the alignment and all 4 tires in less then an hour and every bay had a vehicle in it. It was great!! Oh and my favorite part was no broken pressure sensors!!! Thank y'all very much!

You lost my tire cap. Had to buy a new one which cost me $4.99 from AutoZone, which is a quarter of the cost you charged me to fix my flat ($21). So in all, my flat tire cost me a 1/4 more than it should have. Next time replace the cap when you’re finished. UPDATE: Manager later called to discuss my review and endeavour to amend my service experience. Impressed by his care to fix my problem I have decided to change my rating from 1-star to 4-stars.

The first time we took the car for an oil change. The service was fast however not a single member of the staff wore a mask when indoors, I would have given them 3 stars. However we took our car home and the next morning we had a pool fo ~1 gallon of oil on our garage floor. It was clear something was wrong. So we brought it back and they realized their mistake. Initially they offered to give us no "labor charge" for fixing their mistake but were going to charge us for the new oil. Again, for their mistake. We said that was absolutely not acceptable and ultimately after negotiating they fixed their mistake for free. They then wrote on a business card that "they owed us a free oil change." This second time again, not a mask in sight. We will be taking our cars to valvoline from now on.

I recently took my old Toyota Tacoma to Plaza for routine maintenance, my first time there. When I returned to pick it up, I was surprised that a service I hadn’t requested had been performed. It seemed as though there had been a miscommunication when I left it, and the manager was very understanding and quickly deleted the extra charge, a good business practice. I will be returning with all my vehicles!

No one behind the counter or most of the technicians were wearing masks. Most of the customers were not wearing masks. There weren’t barriers at the service counters. I did not feel safe in the waiting and waited outside in 45 degree weather. If I didn’t need my tire fixed at that moment, I would have turned around. I will not return until this Pandemic is under control as this business doesn’t seem capable of responding to the new reality of the current situation.

They knew more about tires then any other shop. I went to Walmart first and they it took a week and half to get a tire. Plaza was able to get me tire that day because they knew I could put an alternative more common tire size on it. Great service!!

The customer service the guys provided was great ! I walked in as a first time customer pretty close to closing . I asked what time they closed to which they replied 6 but we’d be happy to help . They not only changed the two tires I wanted replaced in lightening speed but also checked on the other two finding a nail in one of them and helping to address on the spot . What will keep me coming back is the awesome customer service .all of the employees engaged us in genuine conversation and were so friendly and cool . I haven’t had an experience like this at a service place in some time . Especially being a female and not knowing anything about cars . They respected I had no knowledge and came to the table in a very friendly genuine way . I was with my sister and even we left even she commented she hadn’t experienced customer service like this anywhere . We will be back for sure :)

A new Plaza Tire opened just a couple miles from me so I thought I'd give them a try. As it happened, I had a low tire on my pickup so I dropped in. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful and my visit was rather short, owing to the speed of the service staff. I returned later that day for a front end alignment which they had recommended. Once again, quick, courteous service. Well done.

However they may need to pay closer attention to details, such as correct intake of vehicle information.
