My truck needed new tires and the associate worked with me to find the right size and a great deal on them and got them in a timely fashion. I love the new mud tires on my truck and will continue to get my oil changes and anything else done to my vehicle there.

I went into the Jonesboro Location to get my break pads replaced. One of the techs that was working on the breaks messed up and blew my caliber. They could not replace it that day so I was left without transportation and they were no help in getting me transportation while they waited on the part. Once the part came in and they replaced it, they charged me 2 ½ times the price of the part for THEIR mistake. They did get me a discount but it didn’t cover half of the over charge of the part.

I'd ordered khumo tires on a Tuesday morning to be put on Thursday morning around 10. Got there at said time, they couldn't find the tires I ordered, they finally said they never got ordered. I went ahead & put Michelin defenders on, I feel they should of let me have a good discount on them or charge me what I was gonna pay for the khumo tires. Butttt they didn't.

I had a flat on my car right at 11:30 on a Saturday. Well, most of the tire places close at 12 on Saturday. Since this was Memorial Day week-end, most of them closed at 11:30. I love plaza tires service, I just wish they had some hours more helpful to working people. I have two choices with getting service work done on my vehicle at plaza tire. One take a day off work or two kill my weekend. I do not expect them to be open 24hrs but open a little late at least a couple days a week would be a great help. It would allow me to have minor service work done when I have time after work or at least to drop my vehicle off for either major service work or minor work that can be completed and then I could pick my vehicle up later. All in all a very friendly place with good quality knowledgeable technicians. Thank you for your quality work and friendly service.

They lined my front end, rotated and balanced my tires, replaced my cabin filter and changed the oil and filter on my KIA Cadenza. They were done in less than 2 hours at a reasonable price. A month before I purchased 4 tires for my Lincoln MKX, The pricing and service were very good.

On our way too Little Rock from Western NY. We picked up a screw in our tire. I looked up Plaza Tire from Yep. Jason answered the phone, and I told him what was wrong. He told me come on in and how to get there. They took care of us, and we added an OLF to the mix. I was so happy on how we were taken care of and how fast they did it. We were back on the road in no time. My husband and I are turning around to find a new state to live in. The team at this Plaza made us feel at home and welcomed to the area. My Kia Sorento suddenly had two warning symbols on my dashboard. I had no idea what they were. I called Plaza Tire, and the very nice man answering the phone told me to come right in. I purchased 4 nee tires from you and I really like the tires they are faulken Rubitrek. After I left I noticed that 3 of my wheels had damage all in the same place from your tire machine. I have a Midnight edition truck so the rims are aluminum but also have black powder coat paint on them hence the midnight edition. Had my Daughters car brought in for brake replament & tires. Took longer than exspected. it was near closing time, soo that scared me, because i know they wanted to get out of there. Sure enough a rush job turned into another trip back to have a bad brake pad replaced. I’ve always had excellent service from Plaza Tire. This time, I went in with a strange thumping noise inside my front left tire. They found and replaced a broken air pressure sensor and I was on my way within a very reasonable period of time. They seem to do a pretty good job but they did charge me for something i did not want or ask for. They did give me a refund however. Also, i took my car in for one thing to be done which was alignment and they said they could do it but really wouldn't do any good because the lower arm controller bushings were bad. They did call asking me to replace them i gave them the ok because the person i spoke with said they were really worn out. When i seen the bushings they were worn but not to the extreme as what the tech was saying. So i feel they were just trying to get more money by finding other things that needed to be done. The tech was really helpful tho thru this.

Tire protection plan doesn’t protect anything after you buy it. Made an appointment and they got my car in two hours after the appointment time. Was told they would be done in 15 min... took 45 min. And also after I waiting over two hours they proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have my tire in stock.... seems they should have checked that when they made the appointment.

The process was easy. We dropped vehicle off the night before. They called when the vehicle was finished being serviced and allowed payment to be taken over the phone so we could pick up vehicle after hours. One thing I would like to see changed or updated, is a way to pick up vehicle after hours - besides leaving keys in car unlocked. Maybe some sort of pick up box located outside that only customers would know about? I had to get my vehicle after hours because I had no other way of getting there before closing and did not like knowing my car was there unlocked with keys in the car. Only suggestion! Being a senior female and the only driver in the house it’s hard to go for an oil change or tire rotation at this location due to heavy workloads. I fine the guys working their and just nice enjoy to get by. By being so heavy loaded with work the customer service is lacking. They want to know what you want - give them the keys- have a set for 2 hours, always this time frame or more in the last two years I’ve been going to them. And wait in a crowded location. When I need new tires I won’t buy from this location and you won’t have my business.

I am a long time customer. On this particular day I got there about 15 minutes before they opened and there were already 3 people in line. They opened up their doors a few minutes early and all of the guys were working very hard helping each other and it was just an all hands on deck situation. It look a long time for my oil change to be done. I was probably there a little shy of 2 hours but its hard to be upset because of how they were working hard and I could even see the activity in the shop. I had scheduled an appointment online for a full set of tires tor be installed on a car i was travelling 300 miles to pickup after purchase. I arrived and presented my printout of my quote and found out the appointment had not been transmitted to this locations computer. Cost me about $500 for nothing!! Paid right at $2000 for a lift kit and tires. I trusted they knew what size tire and lift would work. As matter of fact I listened to guy make a phone call about it. Could not cross a railroad track without rubbing, couldn’t pull into my driveway without rubbing!!!! They tried a few things , including cutting on my truck!!! We tried a smaller tire only to see a huge gap! I asked them to just refund and go back original. And they did. But charged me for labor costs. But I over heard the whole shop talking trash on me!! I took it in with a tire that had a slow leak (front passenger side). After waiting more than two hours it finally was fixed. (And I got there just as they opened.) Now the car is pulling drastically to the right, the side where the bad tire was. So I’m a little annoyed that I have to take it back in and probably wait another two hours to get this fixed. Service always takes at least one hour more than what is initially communicated. (I've been twice here twice. The first time I came, it took them almost two hours to change the oil in my car even though they told me it would only take 45 minutes) I had to go back to the shop because I had asked for my two new tires to be placed on the front, and when I got home I realized they were on the back. This was especially frustrating since a worker called to confirm I wanted them on the front and still put them on the back. Unless something happens to one of my new tires that is under warranty, I do not plan to return.

The lobby waiting area where customers wait is small. There were 3 men sitting there when I came in to get an oil change and tire rotation. No way for me to keep 6 foot distance in that small area and customers were not wearing a mask, nor were any of the employees wearing masks. NE Arkansas is in the Red Zone right now and the least you can do is protect your customers by requiring masks to be worn by everyone who comes in your doors. I went to Discount Tire in Jonesboro to have tires rotated on our other car and everyone was wearing masks, kept 6 foot distance and required that customers also wear them. Also, lobby area was large enough that the chairs were spaced 6+ ft. apart. I felt safe waiting inside for my tires to be rotated. It can be done and it shows JONESBORO that Plaza Tire Service cares about protecting their employees and customers. I will not be back until this pandemic is over or you change your policy. I had a mask on when I entered your store and walked to a nearby TJ MAxx and waited outside on their bench, safely away from others entering the store until my car was ready to be picked up.

I have been getting my tires from here for over 20 years l have been stratified up until now. When I purchased this set of tires I had a set of Michelin LT I had 46000 miles the developed a balance issue with right rear had them rebalanced 2 times they tired to tell me I had to thick of deferential fluids and some other brake issues and so on finally got a deal worked out on a new set of tires found out later when I tried to install brake pads they rounded off my lugnuts Last week I had a flat got there at 7:30 pulled my truck in at 7:35 drive it out at 9:07 just for a flat and tire rotation the young man stayed looking at his phone and talking to the other employees for the better part of a hour And when I got in my truck I always wipe the steering wheel down for this Covid 19 had to use 2 wipes to clean the tire black and dirt off the wheel and inside door handle. Will not be going back to this location

Plaza Tire in Jonesboro exceeded my expectations. I didn’t know which tires I needed to buy but after explaining what I needed them for, Derek Watts found the perfect tires for my truck. They aren’t loud, don’t look super manly, but will get us in and out of the creeks and muddy fields we drive through. Their customer service is wonderful. Brody was really nice too and put the tires on at my convenience. We will buy all our tires at Plaza Tire.

I was promised specific tires then when we got there to have them put on, the tech says he tried to call, however there were no missed calls on either phone we provided numbers for. He did not have the tires that were promised, it would be another 2 days.
