I called them on a Saturday morning and they told me that they had four tires. Like I wanted I told them I would be there right about lunch time. When I got there my was maybe 10 minutes and my truck was brought in to get started. One hour and 13 later my truck was done. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that is need of tires

My car had a bad air leak in a rear tire. Brought it in and they found a large screw or bolt stuck in the tire. Tire was quickly repaired with no issues. Very courteous and knowledgeable staff!

My car was shimmering badly after new tires from another store had been installed. I was 100 miles from home. I stopped in at Plaza Tire and they not only diagnosed and fixed problem, they personally explained what they had done and told me about problems that I needed to address soon. Justin is the best. He is always, very helpful, when I call, he gets me in as so as he can. Very kind and knows he stuff.

The only problem that I had was when they called me back and said that we also need new shocks strut and wiper blades. I told them not to do any of that work and to just do what I brought the car in for. Which was new tires, oil change, cabin filter and intake filter. I did not look at the bill until a day later and noticed that both wiper blades had been changed which cost me an additional $45. Other than that we were happy with the other work that was done.

Had some tires put on my daughters car. Josh was very helpful and informed me of the special they had going on. Service was fast and convenient.

I have a very old automobile, and it had many problems. Josh went over each one of the problems and we were able to settle up on a repair schedule that I could afford. In the meantime he was very careful to tell me all my options and made my experience so much better by keeping me informed, I was extremely happy with Josh and will use him again when I come back to Plaza tire.

I had a slow leak and took it to your store, for repairs the tech did a good job and even re calibrated the tire sensors for me. The only complaint I would have is it took three hours to get my truck in for the flat repair.

I took my truck to have a leveling kit equipped. I was told that they had what they needed, but when they were disassembling the front end, one of the struts were broken and they didn’t have any other struts in house or anywhere in town. It ended up taking a whole week in order for my truck to be equipped, but Josh made it all right by discounting it down for me and I ended up getting a better deal in the end. Although this may sound at first like a negative comment, I am not meaning it that way. They did a great job and took care of me in the end, and I really appreciate their willing to take care of their customers if things don’t go as planned. They are a great group and I will continue to use them for any maintenance and further purchases for my vehicle.

I had a low tire. It had a nail and they fixed it. I’ve been using them a couple of years now and I absolutely love the people that work there. The Staff is great.

I needed a passenger side lower ball joint replaced on my truck because it was pulling to the right. The mechanic noticed while removing the old ball joint that it just fell out when he removed the snap ring. This was an indication that the lower control arm may need to be replaced because those joints are designed to be pressed in and out. They got the lower control arm replaced for not very much more cost and my truck now drives like it should. He could have just replaced the ball joint like I wanted and the problem would have still existed. Thanks for fixing it right. They will get more of my business.

It was time for new tires, talked to the guys to see which tire would work best for what I needed. Showed me several option on price and tread pattern. They had to order my tires which took a couple day but when I finally had time to get up there it was 4:50 in the afternoon and they close at 5:30. They got my truck pulled in and got my tires mounted fast. Awesome customer service!

The tires I wanted for a fair price!

I was charged over $500 for a fuel filter on a F350 Ford truck. This is the first time I had my fuel filter changed at tire plaza. I had my fuel filter change at Fire Stone and with Express mobile oil change and I paid $365. I called the store manager to dispute the charges and he stated that he changed 2 fuel filters but the receipt only showed that 1 fuel filter was changed. They are a rip off and they will overcharge me. I will not go back.

I so going to buy this truck. After, they looked at it I was going to pay to much. Thanks to Amber and Justhin I did not make a bad decision.

I came in to have fluids checked, brake, battery, ect. I've been hearing a noise but couldn't pin point where it was coming from. And I don't like to do weird sounding noise impressions for the mechanic. The tech was excellent and found where the noise was coming from. They didn't try to scam me, (I made sure that's what it needs) so I'll definitely be back. I also recommend to schedule an appointment, so you're not waiting long. I'll recommend them to my best friend who's moving out here.

My tire had a nail in it. I stopped at Plazza Tire. They took into shop area and after a few minutes they advised that the nail did not cause an issue and there was no charge. Very surprising they didn't say I needed a new tire and even didn't charge me.

The only issue I had was when I arrived the tires I ordered was not the tires on the truck. I was headed to Memphis to get a simple oil change, but I was recommended to try Plaza Tire Service first. I thought, okay one more try here in Jonesboro. So, I walked in, was immediately recognized and waited for my turn in the round. Great coffee, met some good people who were not on their phones, and before I knew it the service was complete and my car's performance is greatly improved. Thank you, Plaza!! No more headed to Memphis for me.

Joshua always keeps me lubed up and my car running in tip top shape. He's so handsome, and his selection of front counter help is bountiful. Steve always has a smile and asks how I'm doing. Zane seems like he'll get the hang of it. Bill is always very friendly and personable. And their retired football coach they now have as a salesman, seems like he misses those ole chalk lines, but he's glad to be there. I'll continue to use Plaza on Hilltop.

I took my car in for a routine oil change but mentioned the brakes would vibrate when applied. They advised the rotors were slightly worn and suggested new ones. I agreed and that was done and it did stop the vibration. Also said my lug nuts were swollen and needed new ones. I don’t know if that was necessary or not. But 4 hours and $600 later I’m on my way. I’ve always gone to plaza because I felt like they were different in that they didn’t try to sell you something that wasn’t needed. That may have been the car this time too but I left feeling like I may have been taken advantage of. I’m probably wrong so I’m giving 4 out of 5 stars, it’s just a feeling.

We showed up way to close to closing time, but the workers were fast and had the tire changed over in a very fast time. I was very impressed with the service and the speed.

Our vehicle undercover engine protection shield needed replacing. Plaza Tire removed the old one and installed the new one at no charge. We added an oil change when we took the new shield in for install. The service was completed in a very timely manner. We trust Plaza Tire Service 74 and highly recommend them.

Had a tire rotation, blade replacement, and oil change. Everyone was friendly and professional. However when I got home I noticed they had documented 33psi on all 4 tires. In their defense I forgot to tell them my low tire pressure light was on. When I checked myself all 4 tires had only 22-25psi and I had to put air in myself. Not a big deal but don’t document it if it wasn’t checked ;)

I went for oil change on my truck and when completed the filter was left leaking. I returned the truck and new filter was installed and solved problem. Employees immediately addressed and corrected problem. Great place to do business and very helpful people working there.

My cars front tires had a roar that was getting louder over the last couple months. Turn out to be my wheel bearings were going out. They fixed me up with in about three hours. I’m so happy now. The remaining 3 vehicle tires had low tread wear, so it was determined that they needed replaced. Because the tires were not in stock, they were ordered immediately for later-in-the-day delivery. The spare tire was then rotated to the back of the vehicle for travel safety while awaiting the delivery of the tires. The vehicle returned to the shop later that afternoon, 4 new tires were replaced, and an alignment was performed. Happy with all results.

I went in needing 4 new tires. I called before arriving to verify that the store had my tires in stock. Buddy was the one who answered and he verified they had 4 of the tires for my car and they were American made tires. It took we about 30 minutes to get to the store and get checked in. Buddy was the one who took my info. and checked me in. He was very friendly, helpful,professional, and knowledgeable about my service needs. The store was rather busy by the time I got there, so I had to wait on my vehicle about two hours, but as I said, they were busy. It seemed like all of the techs were working steadily to get vehicles in & out. I did not see anyone wasting time. Buddy had a good handle on keeping vehicles moving through the shop, taking calls, dealing with customers and techs, and generally running the store effectively. My car needed an alignment once the new tires had been put on. Buddy explained the before readings and what could be done. I have been a technician in several fields and knew what the reading meant, but I think Buddy could explain them to a lay person very easily and make them understand. Buddy didn't pressure sell anything, which I appreciate. He confirmed that I wanted all of the needed alignment services and had the tech complete the alignment. When it was time to pay out, Buddy explained the warranty on the tires, what had been done to my car and explained the CNFA credit card. I had signed up for the credit card after Buddy mentioned it to me earlier, during my wait. He was very personable to all of the customers that he interacted with in person and on the phone while I was waiting for my vehicle. I know that Buddy wasn't the manager, because I heard him tell a caller that the manager was out of the store, on personal business until after lunch that day and I got the impression he was short handed in the shop, as well. Having said that, he definitely handled a busy store with professionalism. He never got flustered by the amount of business he was handling. If he was dealing with a customer and the phone rang, he was very polite to the customer about having to answer the call. He was also polite to the caller about needing to put the caller on hold. In my opinion, he managed what should have been a two-person retail situation very well by himself. When I was checking out, he was very apologetic about my wait, which I honestly didn't mind because everyone was handled on a first come, first served basis and some services take longer than others. As I said earlier, I didn't see anyone loafing in the shop and not taking care of the services. After Buddy apologized about my wait, he added a coupon to my service that saved me several dollars. I was not upset in any way about my wait, but I thought that adding the coupon for what he thought was too long to get my vehicle serviced showed true customer care and service. Buddy is definitely an asset to this store and I will absolutely use this store again for other vehicle services. As a whole, I was impressed with every aspect of my visit to this store. Please keep up this standard of service, because in today's world, this experience & level of customer service is not the norm, anymore.

The crew went above and beyond the call of duty. My car was making a noise at times when hitting the brakes and sometimes when hitting dips in the road. They looked at the brakes but realized the noise was coming from the bumper skirt meant to improve aerodynamics. A piece was hanging loose and scrapping the road at times. They cut it back for me. They still only charged me for the brake inspection. They were also very friendly and this is my new go to place for brakes and tires.
