The sales manager was helpful. He helped me pick the best tires for my truck. The shop technician gave me an estimate of two hours and finished my truck within that time! Great service!

The crew installed shocks and struts on my Jeep. After a couple day I heard a rattle. I took my Jeep back and they found a bolt had sheered off on 1 of the new shocks. The replaced the bolt in a timely manner and had me back in the road. They done this work for no charge. The staff at Plaza Tire were all very friendly and helpful. I rate them a 5

I came in for an oil change. They not only did the oil change but also a quick inspection on my car. I figured they would up sell me so I was expecting it. They reviewed my tire wear and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. No pressure. I ended up purchasing two new tires. The only issue I had was that it took two hours to complete.

My car had a horrible squeaking sound while driving that went away when braking. The technician did a brake inspection and found a pice of the brake hardware was broken and rubbing the rotor. They got it fixed quickly and there are no more issues. The customer service was great

Needed two 35 in ch tires installed and balanced. Normally tires that large always have a little vibration even after balancing. These are as smooth as glass. Best balancing job ever! Super professional and fast !

Steering wheel was vibrating when braking. Service writer new right away it was brake related, ordered parts and a few hours later I was back in the road with no vibration!

Friendly and prompt service and they did everything they said they would. Got the exact tires I wanted and had them mounted while I waited. In and out in about 45 minutes. It was a good experience.

I appreciate that they will check my air pressure and fill if needed at no cost. Most gas stations charge you to use their service. I recently had my tires rotated, it didn't take long and they even removed a nail in the tread that might eventually caused a flat tire.

Needed an oil change in my Jeep and service was done well with the oil level at the full mark. DID NOT TRY to skimp on oil then tell customer it only has to be in the safe zone unless you want to buy more oil. I plan to be back for more services when the time comes.

Had a small screw in my tire, stopped in to the new Pea Ridge store just as they were opening at 7:20 AM. Screw was very short and thankfully didn’t puncture as it was at the outside edge of the tread and would’ve required replacing the tire with only 8,000 miles on it. Had me in and out in about 20 minutes, checked and aired up all the tires & even applied tire shine, all at no charge! Great, prompt & friendly service. Would definitely recommend!

They did what they needed to do and fixed another problem and sold me two new tires and I got a frontend alignment. All is well so far. I still have one problem that needs taken care of. Thank you.

I went in for a way over do oil change. My tires were toast too. They helped me pick out a good safe set and got me fixed up and out of there in a little over an hour.
