Great job fast and clean install

Plaza Tire in Tontitown always takes good care of me and my vehicle. Staff is courteous. Before every road trip, they check that I'm good to go. They pay attention to detail They haven't forgotten to put things back in their place on the car, unlike the dealership.

The Plaza service center at Henri de Tonti and Hwy 112 has a new manager, Mr. O'Brian. I took my Toyota truck there for the for first time, not knowing what to expect because I've always had it serviced at the Toyota dealer where I bought it. It was apparently Mr. O'Brien's first week there as manager and I can't speak too highly of him. He was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable - explained to me the full range of services the center can do for my truck Vs my dealer, so Plaza is where I'm taking my truck when needed. He also personally checked under the truck for some zirk fittings I couldn't find and made sure they were lubed. One downside - and it bothers me - is that I received a check list of 64 items that were reported as checked on my truck. All of them were checked ok. (A single item, cleaning my fuel system was indicated as being required.) What bothers me is that there is absolutely no way that 64 items were inspected on my truck. I've been a shade-tree mechanic most of earlier life and the inspection simply was not possible in the time my truck's oil change was completed. Several of them as you know require a degree of disassembly. So I'd rather not have any inspection results than having false ones. Mr. O'Brien, his boss, and apparently the district manager were all in the shop when I was there. I didn't receive the inspection check list until I got home (by e-mail) or I would have discussed this with them. The practice is surely not limited to this center. I went into some length with this because it's clear that Mr. O'Brian is extremely conscientious and it was his first few days at this Center. And I want to trust Plaza next time. Randall

The time there was very reasonable and I have had great care every time. This time I smell oil after I have been in the truck for a little while and never had that issue before. I still question when tires are rotated if every tech truly checks tire pressure since I put air in a tire the next day and I knew it was a few pounds low when I took it in. That is why I asked if they check the tire pressure and was assured they do. I had a wiper blade change and the new blades work great

Twice, including my most recent visit, I’ve been greeted and helped by your manager named Mack. He is a credit and valuable asset for your company. If you could clone Mack and put him in all your stores, no one would buy tires from any other retailer. Every employee you have should spend a week shadowing Mack to learn how he works and represents Plaza Tire Service. He is the reason I will return to Plaza in Tontitown, AR when I need new tires for any vehicle.

Had an alignment a few months ago. Today went in to get new tires and the tech said I needed another alignment. He said he would work with me on price. Still charged full price. Applied and approved for credit card. Tried to use it when checked out and the tech couldn't get it to work. I do like my new tires. I need new rotors on the rear but I believe I will try another business. They were very busy when I was there but every employee was was very nice and courteous.

It was Saturday morning and needed to get tires rotated and balanced. They was very busy but were able to fit me in and take care of my jeep.

Horrible service! Messed up 2 vehicles in less than a week. One vehicle was taken for an alignment on Monday and when I got the vehicle back bolts were left loose by Plaza Tire. I fixed it the loose bolts myself and returned the vehicle to my customer. The second vehicle was taken on Wednesday for tire mount and balance. When I got the vehicle back I noticed the car had a vibration. Me being a shop owner myself I started looking into what the issue could be as the car was not in this condition prior to leaving it in the hands of Plaza Tire. As it turns out, Plaza Tire had pried on the hub in efforts to break loose a lug nut. As a result they ruined a good wheel hub, broke wheel studs, and broke my lug nuts. They did not fix the wheel hub but did replace the studs and lug nuts. They tried to charge me for the studs and lug nuts but eventually removed them from my ticket. I called to inquire about the damage done to the vehicle and was greeted with dishonest employees. store manager, AND DISTRICT MANAGER that tried to make up every excuse under the sun to not be responsible for their mistakes. Worst experience ever. Will not recommend Plaza Tire to any of my friends, family, or automotive customers.

SO, I just LOVE these guys at Plaza in Tontitown. They assisted me in the repair of a windshield wiper, and also did an oil change recently. There was a minor snafu, and consequently a headlamp was knocked out. They fixed it for me at no charge. It is a good feeling walking into the shop I would recommend Plaza Tire to everyone. Tire prices are good, services comprehensive, and the customer service fantastic.

I arrived and checked in with a technician at 10 -10:30 am. There was a warning on my dashboard that the tires on the front had 27 lbs of pressure in one tire and —-in the other. I was told that the batteries needed to be replaced. I sat for 4 1/2 hours waiting on my car. People came and went after I had arrived…their cars were taken care of. I was not informed as to why it took so long to get to my car.

Oil change only, but everything went well.

I had a faulty tire pressure sensor that needed to be replaced., and a couple of lawn mower tires that needed tubes installed. First of all, the people at this store are GREAT, and the reason I go there even though it took 4 hours to do my job. Actually my job took about 30 minutes, but I had to wait 3.5 hours for them to start. Other people in the waiting room were experiencing the same lengthy times to get their jobs completed. This needs to improved.

Oil Change and rotation. Really like this place. Seems this time someone made a mistake with my daughter. Her first time doing the OC/R on her own. I personally replaced her air filter a while back. They recommended that she have it replaced this service. She declined, but it seems she paid for an air filter that when she got home I checked, was not new... had dirt and debris in the pleats. We live just about a mile from the Plaza shop. It certainly appears to be the same one I put in previously. We’ve purchased tires from this place and really like the people there. I’m guessing it’s a mistake. She has not had the opportunity to go back by and ask about the filter.

I got a hole in my tire and Plaza changed my tire quickly.

Was having low pressure issues and the handled it quickly and easily, would recommend them to anyone.

I brought my vehicle in for tire rotation. I told them where the wheel lock was before I left the business. About 30 minutes later I received a call asking where the wheel lock was again. About a 30 to 45 minutes I received another call saying my vehicle was ready. We went to go pick it up. I looked where the wheel lock was supposed to be but not there. I looked several places but couldn't find it. I went back inside and told them I was unable to find it. The guy at the counter went back in the shop to try to find it, he came back say he couldn't find it and went to my truck saying that it might have been left on the wheel. The technician that did the rotation also went out there. It was left on the front drivers wheel. They did apologize for that. Maybe a check list needs to be inplace when wrapping up a procedure

The 1 hour guarantee was not even close for my tire visit. It’s ok though, I showed up at 330 with no appt and still left 2 hours later with new tires at a great price. I definitely recommend Plaza Tire for price AND service

Brought my truck in for a tire rotation and one to be balanced. I have custom oversized wheels and all four of them were scratched when I left. Went back to ask what can be done and the team denied everything. They tried to show me a video of the scratches being there when they pulled it in. This only showed light reflections on my rims, which they claimed were scratches, they were not. I am very particular about my truck and would’ve noticed these scratches before. I’m also a very good customer to Plaza Tire including having four vehicles with lifetime alignments. Bought a set ofn4 new tires for my wife’s Subaru last year and just bought a new set of rims and tires for my son’s car last month. Very disappointed with this experience and questioning if I’ll be returning. I also asked if they could have the owner or manager contact me and they said sure. It’s been over a week and I’ve heard nothing…. I have pics of the damage to all 4 rims. Not asking for new wheels but just asking them to take responsibility for what they did and help me make it right.

The service was excellent! I recently bought a used car and came here to get 4 new tires. I was asking a lot of questions and they were patient and kind. I also asked that they put the old front tires in the trunk and that was no issue at all. They explained the warranty well and had great communication throughout the whole process. Once they got my car in the back, it only took them about 45 minutes to finish up. Finally, I went there around lunch so there were a couple different guys working on my car and the process was still seamless. Awesome job!

The guys at Plaza Tire got me into the shop right away when I told them that I had a slow leak in a tire that I bought about a year ago. When they discovered the source of the leak was a screw lodged in the sidewall, the tire had to be replaced. They prorated the cost of the new tire and I was in the road again. I took my 2004 Mercedes to Plaza Tire because I kept getting the computer notice that my car was 150 days past due for brake check. If I'm remembering the phone call correctly..(which i wrote down what the guy said) the difference in just the tire price themselves from what they charged me (before tax) was close to $45. Then they told me my tires came with a free alignment.. turns out the "free alignment" was just an alignment check. They charged me another 100+ dollars for the alignment.. not saying the prices weren't understandable, just that i felt very mislead over the phone. Won't be back here unless it's my last resort.

Outstanding experience! On December 23rd, I tried scheduling an appointment for an alignment online for December 24th and it was all blocked out, understandably. I decided to call just to check if they had any availability. Immediately, I was greeted very pleasantly and the rep said they could definitely take care of me without hesitation. Brought my car in at 7:30am and Roy was pleasant to work with. They got it on the rack then informed me that my car could use inner tie rod ends replaced as well. I watched the tech move the wheel back and forth from the waiting area so it was definitely a legitimate recommendation and the one thing I didn't replace after doing my lift kit. I replaced all front/rear upper/lower control arms, rear track bar and outer tie rod ends, but not the inner tie rod ends. I decided to have them go ahead and do it and Roy offered a discount on the labor and I didn't even ask for it. Car was done in a timely manner given the extra work and I was called when done like promised. Awesome experience and well run store! Will definitely be coming back.

The 1 yr warranty for new tires is great and totally worth it. Three days after I got my wife 4 new tires in her convertible we take a 3000mi road trip and half way home she turns way too early right into a curb cutting the sidewall and the top was down so I got to watch it in slo-mo but after a little heart break I brought it in and these guys had back on the road with a new tire with no hassles what so ever good peeps great service.

I went in for a flat tire and I was told that air was put in the rest of the tires as well. I was also told that I didn’t have anymore windshield cleaner and that they refilled it. A couple of days later my tire light turned on and I checked if my tired had the right amount of air. None of my other tires were at the right tire pressure even though I was told that all my tires got air put in them. Also, even though I was told that I got more windshield cleaner put in my car, I did not.

Friendly staff and pretty good customer service, however I’m not satisfied with my brake job. I first brought it in for service in April to have them check brakes. Prior to, there was no squealing. They recommended I change my front pads. Got them changed and picked it up. Brakes have been squeaking terribly ever since. Took it back week or so later, they said it all looked fine. Left and they continued to squeal. Brought it back a few weeks ago and they changed out the brakes they had originally replaced. Brakes continue to squeal. I don’t have the time to keep bringing my car in for someone to not get it right.

I went in for a tire rotation and balance and told the guy that there were 2 screws or nails in the left rear tire. Was told it would take 35-40 minutes. I decided to walk down the street to get something to eat while I waited. It took roughly 10 minutes to walk there 10-15 to get my food and eat and another 10 to walk back so I figured my truck would be done within 10 minutes of me getting back. I was mistaken. I sat and waited another hour before my truck was done. While I waited, I watched as 5 guys stood around the balancing machine with one of my tires on it for the next 15 minutes and not one of them touched the machine or my tire. When I checked out I saw 1 nail in the bag with my ticket and keys but not the other. I paid and left cause I needed to get back to work. Later when I got home I checked the tire and the screw is still in it. In the time frame between when I returned from eating and the time my truck was finished another customer came in and got 4 new tires had them mounted and balanced and was out the door 15 minutes before me. I do not have the ability to balance them at home, but could have rotated them and had the 2 holes plugged in half an hour in my driveway. Now I still have to plug 1 of them.

Manager was extremely helpful in quickly replacing the ruined time and getting us on the road without requiring a towtruck. The reason for the need of a new tire was that a plaza employee sped rapidly out of a parking spot into our car destroying the tire along with the fender and corner of the bumper hitting her in the side of the car with $4000 damages. Sadly this employee is trying to place the blame on my daughter who was simply driving with the right of way through the parking lot and he is trying to have our insurance repair his car which was so badly damaged that it had to be towed yet he had only driven about 6-8 feet from his parked position before he slammed into my daughter confirming his reckless behavior. This employee is claiming that he has "multiple witnesses" that it was her fault which would have to be fellow employees as they were the only ones there. This dishonesty on the part of the employee and his coworkers (if this story is true) however would make me hesitant to ever use this location again for fear of what they might do to my vehicles.

I came in to get my tires rotated and balanced. It also needed to be aligned and fortunately I paid for the lifetime alignment prior. I was informed that my front lower ball joints needed to be replaced. The Tontitown store had replaced them in January 2020 just over a year ago. My first set of ball joints lasted for 6 years, but the ones that your store used lasted just over one year. Just long enough to not be under warranty. The ball joints were replaced free of any part charge - however most of the cost was in labor. I was told that maybe the prior tech didn't grease the ball joints properly and that may have caused excessive wear. That would be Plaza Tire's problem not mine. I'm not a mechanic that could audit their work. My family has purchased 3 full sets of tires at Plaza in Tontitown along with two sets of ball joints. I would have thought that this charge could have been discounted much greater than it was under the circumstances. Actions like this are why I quit letting the car dealerships service my vehicles. I hope that you will work with customers more in the future on high cost repairs when they thought they were coming in for a free rotate and balance. My final bill was over $600, and I know most people would have just left.

When I took our mini van in, there were no vehicles in the bay. There were 3 or 4 mechanics there and 3 people at the front counter. I wanted a tire looked at for a leak, and then to switch the tires to nitrogen. Even with all the people there, it took over a hour from the time my vehicle got in and when I got out. This was a awfully long time for a simple tire repair and for the nitrogen change over. I have taken a couple of vehicles there for the nitrogen change over and that took about 15 minutes. Add that to a tire repair, it should not of taken that long.

I was able to get right in for free brake inspection and free alignment inspection. I understood the diagrams from the alignment machine and bought a new set of tires because it was obvious that I needed them. My brakes were fine but they discovered that my air filters were bad so I had them replaced. I bought an oil change when I was there too. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The waiting area was comfortable. I have nothing bad to say about Plaza Tires Service 69 in Rogers. I'll recommend them to everyone.

Went for oil and brakes..brakes were bad BADLY worn and one associate said they were ok...another said no needs done now!! Took 5 hours for breaks and oil change!! After my husband had to argue that when I got back breaks 6 mos ago and Plaza advised us to take care of front ASAP ...do you see problem here?? The first person did not know how to reset it and had to take it to another person. I would like to upgrade my previous review from a three star to this five star. As I said before, I had no problem with the initial installation of the four new tires and I really like the professionalism and friendliness of everyone that works there. My complaint was that the very next day I had a flat and I was frustrated since it was brand new tire and I was going to have to pay the warranty and installation of a new one to replace it. But the guys at Plaza did me right and did not charge me even though it wasn’t their fault and was just terrible timing for bad luck in getting a screw in my new tire. I like plaza and would recommend going here to others.

First off I’d like to say that I really like the store and their prices are great. I did have an issue where I had four new tires put on my car about two months previous and I had a tire losing air due to a faulty valve stem. Associate said they replace a valve stems with every new tire yet I had to pay to have that two month old valve stem replaced. And then had a tire that was not repairable that went flat and thought I was going to get it patched but then they informed me that I needed to replace the tire. I replaced the tire but was charged for the tire and the flat fix. Also my spare tire was just thrown into my trunk and wasn’t re-secured. These are the little details that frustrate customers. The manager did call me back and offered me a free oil change for The oversight on charging me for a flat repair and a new tire.

Overall a good experience and value. The team was very attentive to my purchase and online appointment. The truck rides great and the tires perform well on dry roads, wet pavement, and I even had a chance to get them in the snow and they were great! The only thing that got me was when I got home I noticed that all four tires were missing the valve caps. I had some in my garage so not a huge deal but a detail that could cause a lot of problems with TPMs.

This is a strangely mixed review. I got 4 new tires and they were run flats so fairly expensive (over twice what normal tires would cost). The service was quick and people were friendly and professional. I drove away happy and if it had ended then I would have given five stars. But there is more to to story, I drove home(about five miles) and didn’t drive any more that day. I drove to work the next day (also about 5 miles) and by lunch time that day , one of the tires had lost air. I refilled it and by the end of the day it had lost air again so I returned to Plaza tire. They checked it and said it had a flat from a screw and was unfixable. So that tire lasted 12 hours and 10 miles of travel. Luckily I had bought the guarantee but was informed that I would have to pay around $30 to have the new one mounted and some warranty fees for the new one(one day after spending $1250 on 4 new tires the day before). And it would take a week to get the new one in. So probably just a weird coincidence and bad luck but it seems like there should be a Lemon Law or something on a brand new tire.

When I mentioned it one employee he moved the chairs to the proper social distancing. Was told that their corporate office told them since they were distanced behind the counters they did not have to wear mask. This is the only business I have been in where employees were not wearing mask. Called the corporate office to voice my concerns and was put on hold for quite awhile. The lady finally came back and got my contact information and said someone would call me back. As yet no call back. I have bought 2 sets of tires here but probably will look somewhere else for my next set. I will share my experience with all my friends and family members.

They deserve a 3 because they are not following any national or state guidelines or mandates when it comes to COVID-19 precautionary measures. No employees or customers are required to wear masks and they do not have hand sanitizer available. They are still getting into customer vehicles to drive them in/out of the shop and touching keys. They are working close together. The chairs in their lobby are not 6 ft apart.

Took my 2017 Audi Q7 in for an oil change and a tire rotation. No dealership less than 2 hour drive. I have been using another tire company for minor service including tires for several years but they were too hard to get appointments so Plaza was recommended to me. Very polite and professional. Had new equipment that checked alignment with cameras and lasers and I had that done. That really made a difference with the ride. Next morning I noticed a large pool of oil under the car. Called them and they promptly replaced the seal which was the issue. Who knows if it was them or not that messed it up but they took responsibility made it right and I’m happy. I will use them again for sure. I like their “stand behind their work” attitude.

Once again, these guys came through for me! I’ve had them install tires on my Dodge truck and our Subaru Cross Trek. I went in for a tire rotation and they noticed that my factory installed lug nuts were beginning to fail. They ordered new ones and installed them. If I would have had a flat out on the road, I probably wouldn’t have been able to get my lug wrench on them. I trust these guys and I’ll continue to by my tires from them.

Salesman called me and gave me the cost per tire and option for tire protection plan (which I declined). Wife got home with a surprise charge of $15 per tire to balance them. I've called back to discuss this two different times and the end result is always "we'll check on it". It's been a week now and nobody will follow up. Extremely poor follow up and extremely poor service that's not going to fly in Northwest Arkansas. Get ready for more negative reviews and a loss of potential sales. This service required a tire inspection, pressure check, wear check balance and rotation. I wanted to make sure that my tire warrantee requirements would not cause me issues with the truck dealer and/or the tire dealer. The tire dealer entered the info from the truck dealer paperwork into their computer under my file and gave me a copy of it...and that was it. Originally Purchased new set of tires. Grease was left on my drivers seat. Shop ruined the two drivers side wheels but shop did replace them with OEM GM wheels. Shop forgot to balance one of the tires once new wheels mounted. After balancing then one tire still out of balance. Took truck back for a rotation and check balance. Shop called me to say all done. They did not rotate and tire still out of balance. I will have to take truck to another company and pay for a correct balance.
