My husband had called to have tires for our zero turn put on the rims. Plaza tire did it so fast. I then asked if they had wiper blades for our car and they did and installed them right on the spot. I was needing tires for my truck. I got an online quote, called and made an appointment and took my vehicle in. They performed a very thorough inspection of the truck and emailed me the findings, suggested a front end alignment and notified me of the findings. Front end was aligned and new tires were mounted and balanced and my truck was ready to be picked up in about an hour and a half. Very professional staff and very courteous.

Only suggestion for service improvement I have would be to go back to using those paper floor "mats" so that the customer doesn't have to clean the grease off at home with considerable effort.

Well, I actually called the new tire store in town first. I was looking for 235 45 r18. The quote with a tire package was $1059. I though this was excessive, and called Plaza tire next, (I have used them before), I was quoted a price of $720, over the phone. So I agreed to take them, when I arrived, the fellow that runs the desk, discouraged me from getting the tires I had been quoted, saying they were not a good tire for my 2018 Camry. He surprised me. By offering me a tire that was rated better at a lower price. My total bill was $595. So, I’ll no longer be “looking around” for a tire deal. I was pleased with everything until I got home. Upon arriving home I found an oil leak from the drip pan caused by a screw left untightened. Also found another bolt left untightened which cause the rear end to leak. That was two things that could have ruined my truck. Oil leak could have blown my engine. Rear end leak could have ruined that. That could have ended up costing thousands of dollars!! Those were two things that should have been double checked by the service people. Thank goodness I checked when I got home. I spend a good bit of money at plaza tire and expect better service than this. There should be a checklist on each vehicle they work on just because of something like this happening to others.

I am very thank for the service I received for my Mercury Marquis. Plaza tires saved me a lot of money. I took my car to another shop first to get a price on a problem with the car. Their estimate was over $1,000 dollars. However, I new a little about what was going on with the vehicle and I thought the estimate was a bit high. I drove an hour and a half to go to this shop to replace my rear brakes. After a couple days I started hearing a clanging noise. It is something loose on the rear brake. Now in order to have their mistake repaired, I'll have to drive another hour and a half. I called the manager, Mike, who was very understanding, and he sent a mechanic up the next day to repair the work. Started bad but they made up for it in a great way.

The service was great the people were very friendly. We had 4 tires put on that cost 425.00. Then they came to us and showed us that the right side tie rod end was loose and needed replaced. So we said yeah and then said it would have to be aligned and offered us the premium alignment. Which meant rest of your car's life free alignment. The total cost was almost 800.00. That was outrageous. We paid almost twice just for the tie rod end and alignment. So for that I rate it a 3 and probably won't go back.

I came in to get a tire alignment and they ended up telling me that something was wrong with my ball joint so they couldn’t do the alignment fully but that they would do what they could. They finish the partial alignment and I was fully willing to pay, but they told me to just bring it back after I got it fixed. It took almost 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked them to do a check on my car because i was about to go on a long road trip and didn’t want to break down. They said everything was fine but i still broke down on the side of the road. My transmission was shot and they didn’t tell me. After about an hour of being there they said they were almost done then i look out the window to see where my car is and what they are doing to it and it’s not even out there. So almost another hour goes by and they say they are almost done again so i ask where my car was and they said it was in the back parking lot so i ask why it’s back there and they wouldn’t tell me what they were doing with it. And i still had to wait two more hours for them to be “finished” with it. I will never go back and if someone asks me about that place i will tell them not to go.

Great Prices and Good Customer Service! The store had the tires I needed at a good price. However the wait was very long. I called and was informed that I could be in and out "shortly." Shortly turned into a 4 hour wait to get a set of 4 tires put on. Since I was in a bind, and needed tires that day due to a blowout and unsafe spare tire I waited, and waited... Other than a 45 min job turning into a 4 hour ordeal, I was very pleased. I will do business with Plaza again in the future.

I took the van in to have my brakes checked. They worked on the rear brakes but I continued to have problems with them, particularly when backing down my driveway when they did not completely stop me. In addition, I had to add brake fluid twice. When I took the van back on two different occasions, they continued to tell me that when they drove it, they did not have a problem and that I should take it somewhere else. They acted as though I did not know what I was talking about. I had already paid them and did not have money to pay someone else. According to a Toyota certified mechanic, the brakes were not adjusted properly at the time the rear brakes were repaired.

Hey... I get great, and friendly service from my hometown Plaza Tire in Searcy, AR. I do recommend to make an appointment if you are working at a job where "time is money", and you are running like a gray hound dog (like my kids are). They barely have time in their day to eat lunch! Well, I'm semi-retired so I make time to take car for an oil change....it's a '96 with 98,000 miles...I drive to church and the grocery! I live 1/2 block from the church! The guy at Plaza Tire help me keep up with when its time, which oil, they even went across town and got an oil plug because they didn't have the right one for my old model Mazda... A sm thing, can cause big problems if you don't have quality people on your team. I do recommend you brew your coffee at home and take it in your Yeti ..it doesn't look like the youngsters at PT have set up a real "coffee bar"yet!

(I know this because two other customers were doing just that.) Brad, the assistant manager had the front desk to himself the Friday I came in, and he handled each walk-in customer and each phone call with no frustration at all. Each customer got just what they needed without anyone leaving unsatistied with the customer service! The guys in shop were working steadily to finish each job as it came in... We took our vehicle to Plaza in Searcy, AR for a routine oil change and for a check on our noisy front brakes. When we were told the oil change was completed, the manager told us the noise from the brakes was nothing more than a build up of road dirt/dust and was removed successfully.
