We were traveling through town and had an issue we thought was the brakes. The technicians got us in and helped us diagnose the issue. As it turns out it was a wheel bearing seal and they didnt have the equipment to fix it but they got us back on the road and did not charge us. We were able to get it fixed the next day.

Had a blow out right before 6 pm December 26th on the way back to CO and the team at Plaza Tire Service 72 team stayed past 6 and quickly changed all 4 of my tires. It was my daughters birthday and the guys even went out of their way to come and wish her Happy Birthday. These guys really made us feel at home and got us home safely.

I dropped in for a oil change. As always everyone was super friendly and helpful. The only thing was it took quite a while. I was going to wait but decided after waiting 30 minutes I would just come back and get my car later since it was still where I left it. After around a hour and a half they called and said it was finished. I guess they were busier than I thought. Over all the it was a good experience. Just seems every where you go you have to wait longer than ever.

Oil filter installed on the vehicle is incorrect. Installed filter is half the size of the factory filter. 2020 Ram 2500 Cummins Diesel. I was disappointed that the tires I purchased at one Tire Plaza Service location in St. Louis, Missouri was not in the Tire Plaza Service system in my hometown of Siloam Springs, Arkansas. If I hadn't remembered the location where I originally purchased the tires (along with road hazard insurance) I would have had to pay full price. The service rep eventually called the location and they had my information, but the systems should be linked so I don't have to do that.

However, I had asked for an alignment and new tires and when I was called that vehicle was ready, I arrived and the shop had not been told to do alignment so I wait for that. I experienced sticker shock when pricing an oil change but soon realized I couldn’t perform an oil change any cheaper by doing it myself. Petroleum prices have naturally increased and car maintenance costs rise just like groceries. I applied for a Plaza card which will marginally help on the next visit. I went in originally to have both lower ball joints replaced on my pickup and then get it aligned based upon the previous weeks estimate needed of repairs. When the mechanic put my truck on the lift and inspected it, he called me back and advised on replacing the pit-man arm and the idler arm as well as the previous items of ball joints. Due to the original estimate of repairs being incorrect, they reduced the price on the parts and allocated 3 hours for repair. In addition, the manager said he would take me home and deliver the pickup to my residence when it was repaired. I paid upfront and the manager took me home and delivered my pickup to my house as promised.

Oil change was fine. Lug nut replacement was because one of your techs broke or stripped one the last time I was in for a tire rotation. However it was replaced with a different size than the rest. My mechanic noted this to me when he performed a brake insp. Good thing I didn't have a flat in the middle of nowhere. Lastly at check out the individual quoted me a total of $65 and change. I said how much for an oil change. He said that and a tire rotation. I asked aren't my tires that I bought here included in lifetime rotation. He said oh yes they are sorry. I asked Plaza tire to test drive my truck to listen for strange sounds coming from the wheels. They pronounced no issues but for a rock in the wheel well. The next day my wheel bearings (front both ) gave out. I was towed and paid over &1000 to a repair shop for wheel bearing and brake repairs.

I called the store from Springdale to inform the staff that I had a tire failure and could they stay open (it was close to closing time). I would have to put the spare tire on and bring the tire needing repair to be fixed. The manager, JP, explained that I had purchased the tire hazard warranty and informed me that the warranty covered changing the tire. I didn't have the tools to change the tire. Called the warranty service and they explained it would take a bit for them to get out to my location. JP called about 20 min after speaking with warranty service, to see if I was okay. I informed him that they company had nor arrived yet. He told me that he would come out and assist. About 15 min later he arrived at my location, changed the tire himself, brought me to the store, replaced the damaged tire, and got me back on the road. The whole staff their that evening was AWESOME!!!! You just don't get that kind of service anywhere else. I'd like to add, it was Friday night and I'm sure that they would have been off having a beer and/or spending time with family.

Took my 1998 Tacoma in for tire rotation, alignment and balance. Mechanic found the tie rods were in bad shape and performed the balance and rotation but notified me they could not do a proper alignment with the tie rods in bad shape. They also noted my front wheel bearings were about shot and replaced them as well - my truck has 298K miles on it, so it was time for things to be replaced - and I am very happy they paid attention and noted these issues and let me know. I gave them the go-ahead and they had me ready to go the next day by noon having had to order parts. The speed with which they repaired my vehicle was important because we are moving to Siloam Springs from Hot Springs, 200 miles away, and the truck was our only transportation home. My truck steers much better now. I can also say the counter folks were so very polite and respectful of everyone who came in for service. I will trade with Plaza again and encourage other area residents to do so, too.

As a single female, it is nice to not be taken advantage of when it comes to vehicle matters. This particular Plaza tire is one that i travel to, passing other Plaza tire stores, in order to get it done right. The front employee, JP Beacham ensures that the job is done right, doing it himself if need be. The only thing I personally would change would be him closer to Centerton. But I would travel wherever this employee is located. He has excellent customer service, and actually knows whats going on in the front bay area, and explains it to my satisfaction. Employees like this make business successful.

Excellent service. I purchased 4 tires and had an alignment job done. The truck did not feel right afterwards so the staff put the truck back up on the rack the next day. When I got to the shop they did tell me they were behind and said it would probably take an hour although they’d try to get it done sooner. I had roughly an hour so thought they made it sound like there’d be no problem to have it done at the most by then. I requested a full synthetic oil change and it was entered correctly at the desk because the price was $69-79. The shop didn’t have the oil so they had to order it from AutoZone which caused a delay. The oil ordered and put in my car was a synthetic blend - Valvoline Daily Driver. This wasn’t communicated to me. I only realized this because I recognized the white bottle with blue lid. When I went to pay, the shop wanted me to pay the full synthetic price. When I addressed the issue, and they lowered the price to that of a synthetic blend and also provided a $10-20 discount. They didn’t offer to redo the oil change with a full synthetic. They just told me that the synthetic blend would be better for my vehicle given the age. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable however. I didn’t get the sense that these are common problems. I think it was just the end of the day and my job slipped through the cracks.

I call a head to make sure they had my size of tires & they said they had a full set for $99. Each so I went straight there. They got my truck right in then came told me they couldn't found them. They got on the computer to find them at another store & said they had them & they could go get them so I had them call to make sure they did have them & they didn't. They I set with my truck without tires to go on it. Few minutes later they can back to tell me they have a different set but they were more experience$145 each. I ended up getting them only because no one else in town had any but I wouldn't do it again. I will just go somewhere else and wait for them to order them in. Unhappy with service. What should of been around $500 cost me $750 that's a little deceiving if you as me. I thought it was a place where you buy 3 get 1 free nope didn't happen for me.

I brought my 2003 Hyundai Elantra here for the basic oil change. Keep in mind this car cost me $200 to buy. Expectations Met - I was asked if I wanted a new air filter and was shown the existing one that definitely needs to be replaced. I turned this down because I have one sitting in the garage that I can put in. - It was finished in a timely manner. Expectations Exceeded - I was given the discount without even having to give them the coupon. - The online garage is a nice perk and the service was entered and tracked. - The service also showed up in Carfax > My Car Maintenance. I've had dealerships that sometimes fail to do this. - The price after tax and $5 discount came to $24.04 Possible Opportunities - The check engine light is on, but no one mentioned this at all.

I had an issue with nobody wearing a mask. As a consumer having to wear one it is important when I go into a store that they take caring for the customers seriously. I was disappointed in nobody wearing one or even seeming to care about it. Every other business in the area is taking it seriously, as a new business I would think it would be important as well. I do not plan to go back but instead go to the Tonitown location in which they do wear masks.

These guys have a good five star potential but I have to give them three for now. Pros: Very friendly and hospitable. This usually happens right at grand opening but starts to taper off the longer businesses in place. I hope they don’t lose their great hospitality skills. Everything is clean and new. Also, the staff is very engaging and polite. Cons: even with advanced notice, they can easily mess up ordering the right parts for your vehicle. Also, be careful of the power steering fluid flush service. They got power steering fluid all over my engine. This was corrected by the Plaza Tire facility in Springdale. A customer should not have to search online to find out what services are offered and how much the prices for the services are. Prices should be made readily available to customers so that an Informed decision can be made. Thanks ??
