Went in for a front-end alignment and they noticed brakes needed replaced and done that service also After talking to the service manager he help me apply for a credit card and was accepted up to $1,100 dollars witch I didn't think I could get, long story short I got the alignment, brakes and a full set of Firestone tires because of the service that I received I will only use plaza tires and refer them to all my friends!!!!

I was in for an oil change. It took about an hour, which was what Larry said it would be. I was ok with that, I just sat and read a book. I do wish you would make appointments, but that’s another minor issue. When I drove off, I realized they had not reset the oil life indicator screen. Not a huge deal, but I like to have it reset because I couldn’t remember how to do it. I Googled it when I got home, super easy, but still think that should be done after finishing up the oil change. Otherwise, it went well and Larry is a really nice guy. I’ll be back when I need another oil change and to get my tires rotated.

I brought my mom’s car in for a new set of tires. This is the 4th time I or my husband have bought tires at Plaza. The “1 hour guarantee” is a joke and I have no idea what the “or” is, as every guarantee I’ve ever seen had an or if they didn’t deliver on the guarantee. They failed to reset the low tire sensor after installing the new tires, or so I assumed that was the issue. When I returned to have that done, the staff were unable to fix it. I was literally told by the gentleman at the desk that I would need to return when so and so was there because he was the only one who really knew how to do that. I took the car to the local tire shop in my small home town, he put air in the low tire and voila. Are you freaking kidding me with this?!?

On a Tuesday I put in an online order for 4 Falken sincera st80 tires. I called the shop to verify the appointment and found out that they only had 3 of the tires in stock. We changed my scheduled appointment from Wednesday to Thursday to give the shop adequate time to get another tire. When I showed up for my scheduled appointment, not only did they NOT have the fourth tire, they were down to 2 because they had given one away to another shop. So your company, rather than get me the 4th tire I ordered on Tuesday, gave away 1 they had in stock. Then nobody bothered to call me and tell me what I wanted wasn't available. I could have gone to a much closer Tire Plaza if I wanted the tires they had available. I wanted what I ordered, not what was in stock or on sale. I'll NEVER buy tires from Tire Plaza ever again. I had a low tire light. The light showed the exact tire that had an issue. I was at the store for 2 hours and left, still with a low tire light. There were only 3-4 other customers in the store, and we all sat for two hours?? I had asked how to reset the TPMS light on this particular car and was told that it was reset and to ”just drive around with it for a little bit and it will go out”. The light is still flashing, which I’ve since found means the TPMS sensor in that wheel is bad. No one at the store even mentioned it. I’m disappointed because Plaza has always been so good before and taken great care of me in a timely way.

I have purchased 3 sets of tires for my trucks and a set for my tandem trailer and had many oil changes from Plaza. The service was very good in the past. This time was terrible. The "1 hour guarantee" on a set of tires is bs. I took my truck in early, confirmed I was the first appointment of the day and explained that I needed it in and out quickly so I could use my truck to get my work trailer to a job site. Was assured that it would be completed quickly. It took 5 hours to get a set of tires and an oil change. They broke one lug nut. The other lug nuts are all scratched now. Looks like they tried to remove them with the wrong size torque wrench. The service has gone downhill. I had a similar experience recently when I tried to have a flat fixed on my trailer there. I had road hazard on the tire. It took 3 hours to get the flat fixed and they charged me some fee. Not sure what the fee was for since I had road hazard. But, after 3 hours I was just wanting to get out of there. Management was excellent when this location first opened. It truly sucks now.

Asked for quote on replacing brake pads, was told $149.00. Brought car in the next day was told that the price was $298.00, the first quote was for only one axel, which was not previously stated. Reluctantly agreed to the higher price. Was called and told that the rotors were warped and needed to be replaced at $90.00 to $115. 00 per rotor. Estimate was now around $800.00. Two things: First, the warped rotors were a lie. Warped rotors can be felt pulsing while braking. This is not the case. Second, rotors for the Honda CRV only cost about $45.00 a rotor. This is incredible price gouging. I have a complete set of rotors, ceramic pads, and associated hardware sitting in my garage for a grand total of $240.00 including shipping from a reputable dealer. This is an easy fix; all I have to do is find the time to do it, which is primarily why I came to Plaza Tire. For a savings of nearly $600.00 I will find the time. I ended up being charged over $60.00 for an unneeded "brake inspection" only to be lied to. Think I will be back?

They were trying to upsell me on extra services/packages/mechanical work before even examining my vehicle. My car needed an oil change and a new battery. The quote for everything was around 412 dollars, they stated the battery cost 240+tax from Napa. That didn't sit well with me, so I looked up Napa's website and found a battery for $126. Ultimately buying the battery and installing it myself, which I really didn't have the time or the want to do, saved me $180. Astronomical markup at this place. I had a quote for 4 new tires and an oil change for my wife's van from Plaza, and because of the markup issue I went to a different tire shop.

The service at Ozark Tires was good. I had a long wait, but I knew there were several things that needed to be addressed with my tires. I like that they have warranties on the tires, and that I can purchase the lifetime balance. The only thing that I didn’t like, is that the warranty on the tire is only good at an Ozark Tire. Service was good although I was there about 5 hours and was told it would take an hour and a half. They were busy so understandable. What got me was the mark up on parts. I priced the parts at O’Reilly’s before I came in and was charged over double of the price I was given in the store , and I know the tire shop is given a better price than a guy off the street. I understand a markup I have to markup material in my business but after 40-50% it’s price Goulding in my opinion. $600 for brakes and rotors is a bit ridiculous. I will come back in for tier rotation but will not be having any maintenance done there in the future.

I have nothing but good things to speak about Plaza Tire Service 68 - Springdale. It was pouring rain and hail and I was feeling frantic as I stumbled in about 4:30 in afternoon with a flat tire. They were sympathetic, kind, got me in fast, quick with the tire repair and brought me the offending article (2" screw) that caused my tire to go flat. The price was reasonable and the repair was done efficiently and professionally. I am so grateful they were there!

It was pretty bad. The inside staff and mechanics were not knowledgeable. I had some 2020 Chevy wheels mounted on a 2019 truck, and they didn’t know how to set up the digital sensors/stems. They also had to re-balance 3 out of 4 wheels because they were using the wrong equipment on the balancing machine. The mechanic actually invited me out to the garage to show me what he thought were 3 bent rims, but then he realized he was balancing with the wrong-sized tools. He did finally get the wheels balanced, but I ended up having to go to the dealership with my sensor/stem problem, where they fixed it immediately. Plaza Tire’s incompetence cost me about 7 hours and three visits to the store. On the good side, I took the stems back and got a refund for them and for the labor charge, but that cost me more time, of course. The assistant manager didn’t k is how to process a refund and had to call the manager in his day off.

I like the tires, they are the second set I bought at Plaza, however, a day after the tires were installed, my wife returned from picking up my grandson at school and said the check tire pressure light came on. When I checked the tire pressure the entire valve stem and new TPMS sensor pushed into the tire and released all the air in the tire. The TPMS sensor was not seated correctly by the installer. I had to remove the tire and take it to Plaza to have the TPMS sensor reinstalled. This could have been a major issue had the tire/sensor malfunctioned when my wife was driving on the interstate with my grandson - this could have been a terrible situation. I say all this because I came to Plaza thinking you all are the tire pros.

We bought tires last yearr, got the nitrous fill on the tires, and were told to stop by anytime we have trouble. The pressure on our tires kept dropping slowly so we dropped in one day as we passed plaza tire. They purged our tires and refilled with the nitrous and sent us on our way free of charge.

The employee who got our service started was very kind and helpful. However, they are not enforcing any kind of mask policy. No signage of any kind. Most employees and many customers were maskless. Common areas were not cleaned in between maskless customers using them. An employee attempted to move our car while not wearing a mask. I asked him to please wear one. He was visibly annoyed and curt with me from then on. We waited outside on a bench and received rude looks from other employees. Wait time was 3x what we were quoted. 10 months into this pandemic and they are too stupid and/or selfish to care about public health, the wants of their customers (based on many negative reviews going back months about this very thing), or the fact that one of their own coworkers lost a close relative to Covid. The level of disrespect for others and disregard for human life is mind blowing. We won’t be back.

I was on the highway heading home. Traveling alone. My tire pressure kept dropping on a rear tire. I tried airing myself (1. Machine didn’t work; 2. Service closed; 3. Just hard to find air machines). I went into a dearletship. They were so kind and helpful but said the tire had a nail in it at a critical point and could not be patched. When looking for a tire, they said it was an unusual size (19”) and just did not have it. They referred me to Plaza. They were on point!. Even though I had to wait a couple of hours, they said my tire could be patched and I didn’t need a new one (even though they had one in stock). So $21. Instead of $200. So, I get it. It’s hard to open a new store and maintain the old ones. But wow this was bad. Had my car 6 1/2 hours the FIRST day, let me leave with tires that hadn’t been out on properly and I couldn’t even get home. Bring the car in the next day where I then sit for 4 1/2 hours. 3 hours in the guy had all but one tire on them took a lunch break. Came back to find out my lug nuts were stripped on that tire and of course they’re out, have to order from down the street. 11 hours later I finally have a working car. And a ton more stuff happened but it’s not even worth discussing. Hopefully they figure it out soon because yikes

I dropped off my car around 4PM and was told it would take approximately an hour. I just needed to have one tire patched for a slow leak. I called around 5:30PM as I had not been given an update and I knew the shop closed at 6PM. I was told at that point my car would not be gotten to and I could come pick it up and return the following day. I told the rep that called me I wished I had been told that at 4PM when I could have made alternate arrangements. I had to cancel plans for the next morning since my service was not completed, and that late in the day was unable to go to any other tire/auto shop to have the repair done elsewhere. That rep called back 1-2 minutes later and said to arrive just before 6PM and my car would be ready. I arrived around 5:55PM and saw a service staff member walking out to my car at 6PM. I confirmed with him that they had not serviced my car yet and at that point just requested my keys as I had commitments that evening so I could not wait any longer. It was very frustrating to waste two hours waiting for a car that was not going to be serviced. Also we are in the middle of a pandemic and not a single staff member was wearing a mask nor were they requiring customers to wear a mask. Not sure if your team is politicizing the pandemic, but people are dying and we are taking a conservative approach following CDC recommendations to protect ourselves and others. Besides being an irresponsible practice to disregard that statewide mask mandate, for me it also meant having to wait outside in the cold until it was my turn at the counter to minimize my exposure in a small waiting room full of people not wearing masks.

Went in for a flat and had to purchase a new tire. The guys were very helpful. But I had to go back a week later to get the new tire repaired for a flat. The techs did a much better job the second time due to having issues with the rim. That should have been noticed the first time. I had to bring my vehicle back twice after my initial oil change due to an oil leak. The first re-visit found that the drain plug was not put back correctly. I was told the plug was replaced and a new oil change was provided. The second re-visit found that the drain plug gasket was missing. I was told the gasket was installed and I am not seeing any more oil leaks. The staff was very helpful and got the issues resolved as quickly as possible. Based on the customer support I received, I plan to do my next oil change here but expect for more attention to details by the staff working on my vehicle so I do not have to make additional visits for a simple oil change.

Decent customer service but it did not make up for the damage done to 3 of my factory Chevy 22” wheels. I wasn’t notified by the technician that he damaged them. It wasn’t until I got home and washed the excessive amount of bead lube off the sidewalls of tires and wheels that I discovered the damage. The damage is very obvious and they should have not tried to hide it or cover it up. They should have advised me of damage. I noticed a few other small details as well. TPMS showed 2 tires inflated at one pressure and the other two were 3 and 4 lbs more. I put locking lug nut key on top of center console in the bag. Tech put it in cup holder but put the bag inside center console. I’m not sure why he had to open my center console since I left it on top. Tech also only put 2 of my aftermarket valve caps back on and the other 2 were basic valve caps. The next day I returned to store and tech immediately walked out with valve caps and tried to put them on. He knew he messed up. Just too many issues that should have been a red flag! Now, the manager that took damage report didn’t call me back like he said he would. Called store today and advised he was at a different store for a week but they would have the other manager call me back. Guess what? They didn’t call back! When damage was reported the service manager and manager agreed that they caused damage. Poor service all the way around. I live 45 minutes away and should have just gone to Discount Tire instead as they were closer and never had anything but excellent customer service from Discount Tire. That’s what I get for giving Plaza Tire a shot at my business. Spent over 1k on tires but yet they damaged 3 wheels that are approximately $550 each. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

I have never had a bad experience since using the Plaza Tire Service in Tontitown, AR until this past visit. I waited for a while for a rotation/balance. Note: I did not have an appointment, but driving by they appeared slow, so I stopped in. The young man that greeted me confirmed he could get me in right now. I said ok and went outside to wait. 1.5 hours later and a few customers later, I walked back into the lobby as they had the me car in the garage area and employees started pulling in displays as it was almost time to close. One of the guys at the counter was ready to ring me up, but needed to get the mileage as “the tech did not record it.” I told him no one has touched my vehicle yet. “What?” I confirmed they have not done my vehicle yet. They got right on it at that time. I will say they made up for the situation and comped my rotation/balance. I’ll give them 4-stars due to them not making excuses and correcting the problem. There were a couple of hiccups along the way: I was told the vehicle was ready, got my wife to come pick me up with two babies in the car, and it wasn't close to being done. I went in for a brake job thinking I would need new front and back brakes. They inspected them and found I only needed new back brakes and new rotors. They didn't try and sell me new front brakes because I didn't need them yet. I went ahead and had the tires rotated while the tires were off. Based on the tire rotation, they were able to show me based on tire tread that I needed a front-end alignment. They're friendly and knowledgeable and always greet you with a Hello when you walk in.

They advertise all the time about 4 tires 1 hour guarantee which I think is if you buy tires direct from them, but it shouldn't change the install time. Also I paid $7.95 a tire to reprogram the computer so that the tire monitor would be correct but it still isn't. My car still thinks my back right tire is actually my front right tire

I find that making an appointment does not reserve your spot. I had to wait over 30 minutes to get my car even in the bay, and that was only after I had gone to the desk and asked when it would be started on. It was over and hour and a half to get a simple oil change and tire rotation. I use them pretty exclusively but if i have to continue to wait for long periods even after making an appointment i probably will have to find another shop.

I hesitate to give this review. I was not as comfortable with this visit as I was my first trip. Last trip I went for new tires. I also purchased the "lifetime" alignment. This trip I came for oil change. Arrived at 10 am. I was the only customer. I was told immediately my alignment was "way out". I said I was surprised since they just did it when I bought my tires a couple months back. I told them to do it. I reminded them I had purchased the "lifetime". They said I needed an engine filter, ok change it and check cabin filter. It needed replacing too. Tires to be also rotated. One hour and 45 minutes later, many customers come and gone, I checked on progress, was told it was just going up on rack for alignment. 10 minutes later they brought my car and said it didn't really need an alignment! Really? I was just told it was bad? Guess since it was "free" I no longer needed it? Also, the inside passenger side of my car has grease on the seat and door handle arm rest. I left there a little perplexed as my 1st trip I left there singing their praises.

Sunny was concise and pleasant when I called to see if they had tires in-stock for my husbands truck. He quickly quoted me the price over the phone and when I asked when I could schedule to have them put on, he told me to come immediately and they’d get it done. I spoke with 3 other tire shops before speaking with Sunny. Each were less than helpful, one of which would not even give me a price for tires/installation without bringing the truck in. We paid a good price (even with purchasing their protection plan, which sunny did a great job of explaining to me) and received fast and accurate service. However one thing I did notice was that the technician did not torque my alloy wheels correctly = they just went around one lug nut next to another around the lug pattern. There is a proper pattern that should be used on these wheels to ensure they are not damaged. Might want to get them some refresher training. I would definitely do business with them again though. Poor service and lack of good mechanical inspection. Took service van in for oil change and brake check because of lots of noise. Only to be told nothing was wrong. Picked van up from Plaza tire before I could even get out of the parking lot the brakes still making a noise. Went back inside and then they pulled van back into bay area where they discovered my rear brakes needed to be changed along with a bad brake cylinder. Gave me a quote of almost 600.00. I agreed to have repaired. Then after waiting 30 min was told they needed to order a part and would take a couple days. I had one of my employees pick me up. After I thought about it. I decided I would get an second opinion. So I called Plaza tire and said I would come back to get the vehicle. I drove straight to a Ford Dealership and they put the van on a lift to inspect the issue. Never did I tell them I already had it looked at. After just a couple minutes service adviser came to me and sure enough the brakes needed changed along with brake cylinder. Gave me a quote of 320.00 and could have done same day.

Dropped service van off on 1/9/2020 for oil change and brake noise. Picked up on 1/13/2020 was told that the mechanic could not find anything wrong with brake system and oil change was completed. Drove van across the street to fill with gas and to meet up with an employee. Brake noise is still there!! Drove back across street to Plaza Tire to explain that the noise is still there. They took van back to bay and put on lift. 20 min later the front counter person comes to tell me that my rear brakes are bad and brake cylinder is leaking. Gave me a quote of over 600.00 and that the parts would have to be ordered. Would take a couple days. I agreed to the repair and took the van as it is needed for employee. After I left I started thinking I should get a second opinion as Plaza tire mechanic missed such an important task the first time. By not checking the brakes in the first time. I took the van into the local dealership for an inspection of the brake problem. After just a few minutes the service adviser came to tell me that the brakes are worn and brake cylinder is leaking. ( just as Plaza tire told me). However gave me a price of 330.00 to repair and could have me back on the road within an hour. So I am giving my review of 1 star for poor service and over pricing repair. ( Higher than a dealership) which we all know is the highest place in town. This is our second time to Plaza Tire and the 2nd time they have done something wrong. I own a company with a fleet of vehicles with over 40 tires on the ground. This will be the last time I go to Plaza Tire for anything. Business or personal. Edit: I would like to add the van was also there for a oil change. Just notched today they didn't top off my windshield washer fluid. Wow. What a joke of a auto service.

Bobby was great at customer service. He recommended tires for me. When I told him i couldn't afford them he mentioned the 6 months no interest credit card. Which helped me get the tires I really needed. I love them! It is pouring rain outside and the tires handle like a pro! The cost was reasonable for the tire. The only complaint I do have is about the brakes. My brakes were 2% on the back and 6% on the front. They called me to let me know so I told them to go ahead and replace them. I thought the price was for all 4 brakes but they only replaced the back 2. That is way expensive for 2 brakes. Especially when my friend, 2 days before, said he'd replace them and it would only cost me $40. I paid $150 for 2 brakes! Very disappointed in this. If it was all 4 I'd be ok with it, even tho it is still expensive. I guess I should of asked that question... Other than that, everyone was really nice and helpful.

I had a tire that had suddenly gone to 10 pounds pressure and, of course, it was on my way home from work and by the time I got to Plaza it was only 2-3 minutes before they were to close. I fully expected they would say to leave it and come back tomorrow. I was pleasantly surprised: they were gracious, welcoming, and took my car in, checked and found the nail or barbed wire part, fixed my tire, gave me my car back with a smile and I was on my way! In the dark of a cold December morning, every dashboard light came on while traveling from Van Buren to Springdale. My daughter in-law suggested Plaza Tire Service. The techs kept me up to date on what the car needed; which was mainly an oil change. Plaza called me later the same day I was there and said it was ready to go, and upon arrival, it was ready to go. They even got a cheaper price on the tire than was quoted before ordering it. Very poorly run....from checking charge on bill to ensuring equipment installed works at a satisfactory level, to sending a customer home with the wrong tires installed on the truck, only to be realized by the customer the next day..oh and the ones installed of course were much cheaper..........check their work if you go......

Excellent service yet again. Took my mother in to get her car serviced and they took excellent care of her. She even had to come back the next day to have a filter replaced that they didn't have in stock right away and she didn't even have to get out of her vehicle. She was very impressed! Plaza Tire Service has been great .I have all four tires on now and went back for Alignment. All I have to do now is finish all my Doctor appointments then I can make plans for a very safe trip to see my son and daughter-in-law over in Tenn. I'll do great now if I can stay off the curbs. LOL!!! I've been needing wiper blades also they didn't have them in stock but got them ordered and I'll get them on payday.

I had taken my truck to another tire shop that could check alignment and do simple adjustments. They told me that the truck needed replacement parts and it was over their head. I then brought it to Plaza Tire Service who ran the same checks and adjusted the toe in without new parts. The camber on the right wheel was a little out and they explained to me that that the camber sleeve would have to be replaced but they also couldn't read the degree on the sleeve so there was a chance that it was already the largest size available. Considering I don't drive the old truck very much and it wasn't that far out of spec I decided to leave it as it was. They were very patient explaining this to me and even brought out another camber sleeve to make sure I knew what they were talking about. Overall they communicated very well with me and made sure I knew what my options were.

I only went in to get a tire patched for my wife's car. I was very impressed with the two gentlemen working the front desk. While I was waiting on my tire, I watched as the two gentlemen at the front desk waited on other clients and explained in detail the services that was being preformed. Very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend Plaza to anyone needing tires or basic service work on their vehicle.

I came in looking for an alignment, though I wasn't sure if I needed one. This is the first place I've gone to that has asked me why I thought I needed an alignment, rather than just doing something I thought needed to happen. It turned out to be a bent rim and they were really helpful and quick with rotating and balancing my wheels to give me a quick solution to my problem.
