I had a leak in a tire. The guys found I had a nail in an area that couldn’t be fixed. I had to purchase a replacement tire. The manager was great and the tech got it done quickly. Everyone very knowledgeable and friendly.

Was having my oil changed and was advised that the compliment check showed my tires were not in alignment. I returned the next day for an alignment, it was completed in less than 20 minutes and I was on my way. My questions are: my vehicle is 3 years old and has less that 20,000 miles. No pulling, visible signs of wear, or other issues. I asked how the original check was made. I was told they have an automatic ( I think is a Hunter alignment machine” I asked the last time the machine is “checked” a couple times a year. I worked in the trucking industry for 50 years and have witnessed these automatic checks used on Semi Tractor & trailers with questionable outcomes. Due to todays treatment of tools used by many technicians and in my opinion should be checked more often a couple of times a year, same as torque wrenches. The alignment now costs over 150.00 and I’m not sure the procedure warrants the cost. Just my opinion as I do trust this location but question the cost vrs the benefits of your current methods. Thanks

It was freezing cold and my low tire light came on. I took my car to Plaza Tire and the staff were all so kind and helpful and made sure my car was thoroughly checked and safe to drive again. I felt so relieved that I could trust their expertise and I was in good hands. What a great place and I highly recommend them!!

I came in for a flat to be repaired on my boat trailer. The tech damaged my wheel but the manager Toby took care of it immediately.

I had a tire switched and they charged me for a new valve stem but didn't put a new one on and I ended up stuck with a flat tire 2 hours away. When I finally got my truck back home they corrected their mistake and refunded my money. The manager of the springdale store was very helpful and polite. However there was one employee named Kevin who I spoke to on the phone who told me it's not expensive to fix the valve stem like I should just pay to have it fixed when I already pd for it once. And then when me and my son came into the store the same employee was working and my son was thirsty and the machine didn't take cards and I was .15 shy so I asked him if they had anymore water and he just sd no but the store next door sold water. I sd since they were refunding my money I could use that to get my son a drink but he just sd ok, after 15 minutes of waiting my son and I just had to walk to the store next door and buy a drink as soon as we came back into the store this kevin guy walked up and handed me my refund. So he waited until I took my son out in the cold and walked to get a drink instead of just refund my money so I could get him one. He was very unprofessional and I hope to never deal with him again!

I went for routine oil change and I also had a light on the dashboard that I couldn’t get to go off. They diagnosed the problem and got me fixed up.

I just went in for a tire rotation. They were professional and polite as always even though it was part of the service plan when I bought the tires. This is the only shop I have used and the staff has treated me well as other customers that come in there while I have waited.

Y'all were able to remove 4 locking lugs and get all four tires replaced in the span of a few hours. Both the guys who were working the front counter were friendly and efficient. The reason I had my car towed to you instead of another tire shop was the fact that you could give me a set price for the removal of the locking lug nuts, when other's were not.

Good service. Fast 4 tire swap. Mechanics need to let manager know when they see problem with vehicle. Had a broken wheel stud on truck so missing lug nut and was never let know about it or asked if I would like them to fix or if I needed to take to another shop. Possible safety issue. Also need bigger selection of truck tires. Only had one tire for my vehicle so I had no other options to get higher/better mileage tires.

I can not leave a star . First and last time that I go to this plaza tire store . I normally go to the one in Tontitown but there was a long wait so I went on a sat mornings for a oil change , to this new plaza tire that had opened up this year in Springdale close to my house . Told them I was going out of town the fallowing morning .. got the oil change . Left the next morning I got like 180 and noticed my jeep was a puttering and not having much pull trying to stall out at lites and stop signs . I thought maybe bad gas so put a gas treatment in , no change , when my jeep gets hot is when it gets acting bad back firing under the hood shaking sputtering leaking fluids . just a mess my hole time away .so I decided to try make it back home did not turn the jeep off the whole drive home afraid of not starting. I had low compression trying to make it up hills plus bogging down at lights .. made it home went to my mechanic , only to find out that I had way to much oil that was in my jeep .. so I took it back to plaza tire the man working remember me .. and I explained what had happened and he checked the oil and said yes there’s to much oil . He said they will take it back and remove the excess oil . And he did . And apologies and said they couldn’t see any more problems . And said if any more problems with the jeep to bring it back to them .well when my jeep runs hot there fluid leaking out and it’s hard to get it to start . my mechanic is trying to figure out where the problem is coming from .. I do know this ‘ if there is to much oil put in to a vehicle and drove it can and will cause other issues with the vehicle ‘ so at this point I am having other issues and my only ride to and from anywhere. I will be in touch with the out come . I think I need more from plaza tire then a apology.. my trip and my drive in my jeep is definitely not the same before the oil change . Ugh

Manager was a very nice guy. I'm glad he was there because he actually remembered to make sure the tech turned the air suspension switch off so it didn't burn out the pump. Tech forgot to remove the blocks from under the car before he tried to back it out.
