  I brought my Mercedes in for diagnostic work. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I thought the price for repair was on the high side but what isn't today. I payed for the diagnostic and was able to get the repair done for less than a third of the quote.

  Chris and his technical team are excellent and always spend time to explain what they are doing. Have been taking all my cars to European for four years. Always great service.

  As always, the service was superb. Now that my car is no longer under warranty, I wouldn't even think of taking it anywhere than European Auto.

  I hope that the first star in the chart above means "excellent."  
  I have never provided my Mercedes for service to anyone other than the dealer were I purchased the car.  This is the first time I choice a local entity.  I will do so again, however, as they did an exceptionally good job on my car.
