power steering pump
Came in because my car was "whining" when I turned corners. Shawn had one of the guys take a look at it. My power steering pump was leaking and almost completely out of fluid. Within about 10 minutes after inspecting it, I was given a quote that was very reasonable. I was out the same day, and now my car doesn't whine like a baby.

Flat tire fix
Stopped in on a rush since I was flagged down at the stoplight by another car. Apparently I'm not very aware of my car, well I had a VERY low tire. Went in to the front and was greeted by the office guy Sean. He was great, got my info and vehicle put in quick and the mechanic had my tire fixed in I'd say less than half an hour. very cordial staff, great price for a flat fix. Decent lobby too with lots of magazines (in case your wait is longer than mine) haha

Inspection prior to purchase
I was thinking of buying a car from a private selling near their neighborhood. While test driving it I heard a funny noise and brought it to Express for a check out. Very glad I did, they charged me less than $30 and saved me from a big mistake. The car I thought was my dream would've been my nightmare very soon had I not had it looked at. Turns out the alternator was going out (that was one of the whiny noises) the brakes had both front and rear had no padding left, all the belts were cracked and the struts were leaking. They gave me estimates for repairs that I could use to negotiate the buying price (if I still was going to buy it) But I changed my mind and now am looking at different cars. Will absolutely be back to have the next one checked out now too. Thanks Express!!!

timing belt and water pump
I am so thoroughly happy with this shop. My truck stalled at a stop light and wouldn't re-start so I had it towed to Express Tune-Up (by recommendation from a colleague) Shawn and his team diagnosed it in no time and informed me my timing belt had broke (I knew I was pushing my luck because the last shop that did my tune-up and brakes said it was over due because of miles, but I didn't listen) Well, long story short, Express had me up and running by the very next morning. And it wasn't overly painful as far as price. Very thankful I found this shop (sad that it took me breaking down to figure it out)

90K maintenace
I am one of those people that typically gets caught in the "you have to bring your car to the dealer for maintenance's or it will void the warranty" type of ladies. Well..not anymore. My colleague filled me in on the details of how a dealership cannot tell you where you have to take your car for routine maintenance (of course after I had already been sucked into their scam once). GOOD TO KNOW!!! I recently had my 90 thousand mile services done at Express Tune-Up and could not be more happy. I had my transmission fluid, coolant and power steering fluids serviced, brake fluid checked, fuel system decarbon, brakes checked and an oil change. ALL done for exactly what they quoted me, not a penny more. And done within the time frame estimated. This shop is great. Close to good Mexican food (next door actually) The only thing better would be if they moved closer to a mall :) (can't hurt to ask, lol) Keep up the great work guys!

Air conditioning repair
Completely astounded by their service. My cars ac started blowing hot off and on a few weeks ago, another shop recharged my freon and sent me on my way (of course after charging me over $100) when it started doing the same thing I knew I had to find someone to fix it right. That's where Express TuneUp comes in. A friend said they go there, so I went in, explained my problem, had it diagnosed. They had me fixed up and back out the same day...cool as a cucumber now! Will start coming here for all my work now!
