Trying to find a good stereo shop is hard but to find one in brea I was surprised. I went in to get an issue looked at on my honda civic and the customer service was awesome. The guys there are easy to talk to and arent pressuring you to buy something. They answered all my questions regarding my stereo and I even eneded up upgrading my stereo system for a CHEAP price compared to all the other shops I've looked at in anahiem and santa ana. I highly recommend this place and am planning on coming back for an alarm system. PS all there speakers and stereo's are all current models and yet the prices where amazing. Im big on comparing prices to those online so I know a bargain when I see one... Thanks Car Stereo And Alarm for everything, you have indeed earned a loyal customer

OMG!! Do Not Use These Guys!!! You will be sorry. I bought a Kenwood DNX5160 and Brian installed a DDX516 (a$400-500 difference). Brian refuses to make it right by putting in my car what I had paid for. He said they are the same. Kenwood informed me they are NOT Authorized Dealers like Brian said (call Kenwood, I did) & I have NO warrentee as my receipt has a different unit on it as to what he installed in my car. Plus the unit didn't work, the dvd player freezes after 1-2 minutes of play, the bluetooth sounds like your in a tunnel & the touch screen has to be "pressed" hard to work. The unit was in my car for 13 days. He took it out a month ago to get it fixed. he has my stereo & my $$$. Now i have to hassle small claims court to get my $$$ back.
