BREAK JOB LIFE WARRENTY
I THINK DOUG MIGHT HAVE A CHEMICAL DEPENDIENCY PROBLEM OR MAYBE A LOW IQ. I SAY THIS FOR TWO REASONS, FIRST OFF DOUG CANNOT SPELL AND SECONDLY DOUG TOOK HIS CAR TO PEPBOYS...POOR GUY HAS THE BRAINS OF A BEACHBALL.....

This vendor did not fulfill his promises to me. My brakes usually lasted about 30K miles as it was mostly highway. My brakes started only making it about 5K-10K. The owner promised to resolve the problem, and sold me a vehicle life warranty. He verbally promised he knew what to do to resolve the problem, and promised that I would not have to pay so much ever again. I trusted him, and spent the $800+ with faith it would end. After another 5k or so, the breaks were shot. Despite the promised lifetime warranty, I still had to pay more for "parts', than other vendors would charge in labor and parts. I returned to try to get the issue resolved, and got another VERY large estimate. I was willing to pay half, but the owner refused to compromise and basically threw me off the property for challenging him. I went to PEP boys, and my cost were much less than he proposed, and my problem is gone. I have since traveled over 30K without any brake issues. After reviewing the bills and the promises, I honestly say that IF YOU GET A SECOND OPINION YOU ARE LIKELY TO GET A MUCH BETTER PRICE WITH BETTER SERVICE AND OUTCOMES. Don't let the guy with a bright white smile and a "special discount" for you con you into the same space I was. I've heard others talk about this owner with similar concerns and issues. Don't trust me... just don't trust him before you get the work done. Take it somewhere else to compare first. I think you will find out just like me.. an overpriced shop with lots of wind and empty promises.
