poor customer service. I bought a set of springs and structs. I ended up with a defective struct and apparently different from the other 3. The tech (Dave) at tech support asked to install it on my car to see to let it cycle a few times? 

Problem: The shock compressed and Stayed compressed ... Hello? The other 3 worked just fine. just like how gas shocks are supposed to work.
