From the moment I called Old Town Brake and Auto I felt comfortable and pleased. First of all, a knowledgeable and helpful receptionist answers the phone. (Not some gum-chewing mechanic in the back of a loud garage... ) She was very helpful and easy to understand. They were very honest with me and I never felt misinformed or taken advantage of, as I have with other mechanics in the past. As a young woman not particularly knowledgeable about cars, in the past I have felt like I need my dad to call them to make sure no one's getting the best of me. With Old Town Brake and Auto, I felt like Wally was my dad. He took the time out to explain everything going on with my car. He helped me assess the damage and helped me reach a well-informed decision about what to do. I never ever ever felt pressured in any way into any repairs, I never felt confused or taken advantage of. Amazing! Clean waiting room, too. This business is the reason I signed up on Yelp. As a woman, I would highly recommend them. Ask for Wally.
