My first arrival was welcoming, but after several visits back, I realized that it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a return phone call from these people! I left numerous messages for the manager who helped me (Alex was his name) with only ONE return phone call, claiming that he is "extremely busy with other projects". Well, if they keep treating their customers like this, they won't be "extremely busy" for long.
