Came for oil change even though it was busy my car was finished in a timely manner very pleased bringing my car here for service.

Last week I had the alternator replaced on my 1989 Ford LTD Crown Victoria and had this car smog checked. This was the second time I have had work done on this particular car but in the past they serviced a 1990 Lexus LS 400 that I used to own. I've had good luck taking my jeep here for servicing. The mechanics here were able to solve a problem that kept causing the engine light to constantly come on. I'd taken my jeep elsewhere in town and the problem was never resolved until I brought my car here. I would definitely recommend this shop. This company doesn’t take responsibility for damage caused by negligence of their mechanics. After four tows back and forth to their shop and a fifth to the shop that actually fixed the problem they don’t want to pay for what it costs to fix what was damaged caused at their shop, instead just want to offer a refund. This is like if they didn’t fix your brakes properly and you crash, they would just offer a refund on the brake job and not the damage caused by their negligence. It cost $650 to repair what their mechanic messed up and they want to offer me a $380 refund. Be aware, this company takes no responsibility for their actions. Off to small claims I go...
