Alignment service near Loma Linda, CA

Overpriced with a "can't tell me sh*t" attitude. Maybe their great on old cars but as for my wife's 2010 Challenger they caused more issues then fixed and charged me 1/3 more then anywhere else to do it. Brought my car in for springs, struts, alignment and to go through and make sure everything was right. Did a motor swap and the shop before didn't tighten the lock nuts on my adjustable suspension so wanted it all gone over. Guy was mouthy from the start and bitched about the job the whole time. My front ball joints we're missing a lock plate (found out later), really obvious but they didn't say anything and put it back together anyway. Also missed my rear craddle bushings went bad even after bringing it back to them. This is a huge issue and made the car unsafe to drive, they said it was all good though. I call back and kind of question their knowledge since these basic and obvious issues were missed to which I was hung up on. My advice, find another shop and save yourself the agony.

I TOOK A CAR TO AMERICAN AUTOBODY AND REPAIR PER A RECOMMENDATION. I ASKED THEM TO FIND OUT WHAT THE NOISE WAS IN THE ENGINE ON 2/29/2012. THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE WAS 500.00. I WAS TOLD IF I HAD THE CAR FIXED THERE MY TOWEING WOULD BE FREE. [NOT] AFTER A COUPLE MONTHS WENT BY I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM. NO PHONE CALLS NO CONTACT WITH ME. I WENT THERE WITH MY SONS AND DAUGHTER IN LAW IN APRIL 20,2012 AND THE MAN WHO WAS THERE WAS TELLING ME IT WOULD COST ME 7000.00 DOLLARS TO FIX THE ENGINE AS IT NEEDED A LONG BLOCK. I TOLD THEM TO LOOK AROUND. THEN THEY SAID IT WOULD BE ANOTHER COUPLE OF MONTHS. IN OR ABOUT MAY I TALKED TO CAMERON AND TOLD THEM TO JUST PUT THE CAR BACK TOGETHER. THEY SAID THEY FIXED THE LIFTERS , CHARGED THE BATTERY, CHANGED THE FLUIDS. CHAIN TENSIONER EGL HEAD SET, CHAIN GUIDE,SMOGGED THE CAR WHICH PASSED, GAS FILTER, RE SURFACED VALVE JOB. THIS TOTAL CAME TO 2245.00 DOLLARS. THE NOISE IN THE ENGINE WAS STILL THERE. THESE PEOPLE COULDNT LOOK ME IN THE EYE WHEN THEY TALKED TO ME. I FIANALLY GOT MY CAR BACK IN MAY 2012. THIS IS NOT I SAY NOT A PLACE I WOULD RECCOMEND TO ANY ONE. AND WILL NEVER GO TO THEM AGAIN. THEY ARE CROOKS AND I' LL TELL YOU WHY. I FOUND A MECHANIC THAT IS WORKING ON MY CAR NOW AND FOR A LONG BLOCK I'M ONLY BEING CHARGED 1750.00 DOLLARS. WHERE DID 7000.00 DOLLARS COME FROM. CROOKS I SAY CROOKS. LIKE THE GENTLE MAN BEFORE ME SAID " HOW CAN THESE PEOPLE BE IN BUSINESS". IF YOU READ THIS PLEASE DON'T GO THERE. NOT A GOOD BUSINESS AT ALL.

I really dreaded looking for new care for my 2002 car. I had always stuck with Honda servicing on a regular basis. Unfortunately it seemed to become a chore, with impersonal interest, raising prices, and some questionable recommendations for work to be done. My son is a master mechanic but does not live close by. I let him know what was going on and he found me the Perris Auto Repair Center. I cannot be happier with them, the brothers are all so welcoming and yet feel very professional. This place is awesome. I was looking for a place near me that could perform an alignment on my 2007 Ford escape. The manager there (Don) gave me a great deal, presented me with excellent customer service and treated me like a human being. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR HERE AGAIN!!! I took my car in for an oil change and the next day I noticed something leaking on my garage floor. I took my car back and the owner proceeded to tell me that it was my "rack and pinion" and that "it needed to be replaced" right away at a cost of $1100! The owner was very apologetic and offered to show me what was wrong with my car (I am not a mechanic and would not know what I was looking at even if he did show me). I opted to take my car and get a second opinion and the other mechanic told me that THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY CAR! He stated that someone had just spilled some oil all over the engine compartment and that my rack and pinion was just fine and had no leaks! Now I have to wonder if I was taken advantage of when I had Allstar Auto Center fix my brakes. The owner gave me the same apologetic song and dance that he would have to replace my rotors because they were in such bad condition. I went in there that time for a simple oil change and to have my tires rotated, and walked out of there paying $360. Now I wish I had asked for the old parts to know if those repairs were necessary.

I was on vacation with my family and I had a tire that kept losing air. This place hooked me up with a new tire valve and got me back on the road in no time! I came in with 20 minutes until closing time and they still provided fantastic service! Great customer service. Highly recommend this place for any tire needs! -Kristie Phillips

Amazing work. The owner Kenni is an amazing woman. It makes me feel so comfortable taking my car somewhere to get an oil change especially being a woman because I know they will always be honest with me. I will always come here for any of my car needs.
