WORST SERVICE EVER!!
PAID ANDY TO REBUILD MY TRANSMISSION AND HE PUT IN AN OLD PAINTED ONE. HAD TO TAKE MY CAR TO A REAL MECAHNIC. AND SUED ANDY AND WON MY CASE. DON'T GO HERE. HES A RIP OFF AND A THIEF!!!!

I took my car to this shop (Andy’s & son transmission or A-1 quick lube & transmission) for transmission rebuilding. When I was driving back home I noticed a very bad noise underneath when it shifted. I Drove back to the shop and talked to Jose Andres Ramirez (the owner) about it. He seemed to not know about what he did. He said the noise came from the differential. So I took it to another shop to get the differential fixed where they said the noise came from the transmission. I went back to Jose Andres Ramirez's shop. He kept saying the differential was wrong. After trying a few times to get him to fix it. He got mad and told me that he would just give me my money back which was fine with me. But he wanted the parts (he said he put in it) back and he wanted to take my car's transmission apart and then he wouldn't put it together again. So it would be my problem now how to drive it without the transmission. (didn't make sense at all). Since I realized he was trying to fool me andbe smart, and that he was not capable to do the work right. I had to take my car to a good mechanic, someone who knows how to do that kind of work right. and spent more money on it because Jose didn't give me my money back. I ended up suing him and winning my case. Now I'm trying to get my money back from this fraudulent and dishonest guy, who behaves like a sneak thief. A total disappointment. DON'T GO TO THIS SHOP to get your car broken and you will have to pay for it... Sorry I had to select a star. But this doesn't deserve it
