Tire Change

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Over the phone, Daniel seems to be OK. I called and gave him the specs for the tires for my car, and within 60 seconds he was back on the phone telling me that he had two of them. One was priced at $60 and the other at $65 (mounting included). Happy with the price he quoted, I was over there within an hour ready to have my left front tire replaced. I pulled in and within five minutes, Tomas (one of the employees of Bonanza) began providing the service I needed for my vehicle. I gave him my specs and he went to pull it from the shelves. He even showed me that they had two tires, again, one for $60 and another for $65. Since I was planning on getting a full set of tires within two months, I knew the cheaper tire would do for now. I asked him to pull the $60 tire, and the work began. It was at that moment that I went to Daniel and asked him about pricing and availability for a full set of brand new tires for my car. Knowing that it is not easy to find tires for the car I have, I have to order them and start my process early. Finding a business that can get my tires and price them affordably is very important for me. Bonanza tires seemed to be the place since the estimated price was to my liking. As I walked toward the back of my car I just happened to notice that there was a screw in my rear left-side tire. Darn, I was not prepared to purchase two tires today, but it seemed like I would have to. It was then that Daniel told me he could just apply a permanent patch and it would be fine. The cost would be $10, which was fine with me. Tomas took off the front left tire and replaced it with the used tire I was about to purchase. He even put air in my spare tire (without my prompting or asking). Now here is where the quality of service began to rapidly decline... I had him roll my spare tire to me so I could put it in the trunk myself and allow Tomas to get back to my front left tire. While I was in my trunk I noticed
