He is communicates with you throughout the entire process. I've gone for some transmission work, front and back end alignments, and an oil change. I also had to stop by when I pulled too far into a parking space and the curb pulled off the piece under my hood. It was dragging on the ground so I stopped by Barry and he repaired right then in there. I was in and out in 10 minutes for a mere $10. As a woman, I'm already on the defensive when I'm getting any type of work done on my car. I never once felt like Barry was taking advantage of me. He is sincere in his work and I highly recommend him!
