Alignment service near Moreno Valley, CA

On 12/20/11 I took my 2005 Nissan Maxima in for repair to the braking system. I was told upon inspection of my vehicle that the issue was warped rotors and bad pads on the front; the rear brakes were deemed to be in good working order with good pads. I was quoted a price for the work which I found acceptable and asked them to proceed with the work. The work was completed within the day and I paid for the work. The car needed some unrelated work which could not be done by this shop so I took it the following day to get those repairs done at another shop, the car was only driven home and to the shop for the motor work. I got the car back on 12/23/11 and noticed that the brakes were still shuddering when stopping. I called Bob & Al's on 12/26/11 after the holiday to make arrangements to get the brakes checked but I got a recording that they would be closed until 1/3/12. I contacted Bob & Al's on December 10th in person and I was asked to bring it later that week which I did 1/13/12. They kept it all day and said the front disks were warped again and that I was to blame for driving the car hard, I explained that I had barely driven the car and I tried to contact them on the 26th but they were closed. They turned the rotors, but when he took it for a road test the same issue was there. I was asked to bring it back for troubleshooting on 1/18/12 which I did. They stated that the issue was now the rear rotors that were very warped and they would have to be turned, which would cost me 75.00. I told them to proceed but was not happy. I got to their shop at 4:30pm and asked the Owner how this was missed the first time and second time? He said there was no way he could know that just by looking at the rear brakes. Then he got belligerent and said he was bothered by my questions and that if I thought he was cheating me I could go F*ck myself and that he did not need my F*cking business or my money. Overpriced with a "can't tell me sh*t" attitude. Maybe their great on old cars but as for my wife's 2010 Challenger they caused more issues then fixed and charged me 1/3 more then anywhere else to do it. Brought my car in for springs, struts, alignment and to go through and make sure everything was right. Did a motor swap and the shop before didn't tighten the lock nuts on my adjustable suspension so wanted it all gone over. Guy was mouthy from the start and bitched about the job the whole time. My front ball joints we're missing a lock plate (found out later), really obvious but they didn't say anything and put it back together anyway. Also missed my rear craddle bushings went bad even after bringing it back to them. This is a huge issue and made the car unsafe to drive, they said it was all good though. I call back and kind of question their knowledge since these basic and obvious issues were missed to which I was hung up on. My advice, find another shop and save yourself the agony.

Dave was awesome from the very first time we called, all the way to the final day of completion. He is the best! Dave is very honest, trustworthy and a man of his word. His shop is very clean and hard working. They are so good, it's like a NASCAR Pitcrew handle your vehicle's needs. He met with my Dad and brother and showed them the old engine and was very courteous and professional. It was an all around Amazing experience! Canyon Lake Auto is the best shop around, period. I TOOK A CAR TO AMERICAN AUTOBODY AND REPAIR PER A RECOMMENDATION. I ASKED THEM TO FIND OUT WHAT THE NOISE WAS IN THE ENGINE ON 2/29/2012. THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE WAS 500.00. I WAS TOLD IF I HAD THE CAR FIXED THERE MY TOWEING WOULD BE FREE. [NOT] AFTER A COUPLE MONTHS WENT BY I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM. NO PHONE CALLS NO CONTACT WITH ME. I WENT THERE WITH MY SONS AND DAUGHTER IN LAW IN APRIL 20,2012 AND THE MAN WHO WAS THERE WAS TELLING ME IT WOULD COST ME 7000.00 DOLLARS TO FIX THE ENGINE AS IT NEEDED A LONG BLOCK. I TOLD THEM TO LOOK AROUND. THEN THEY SAID IT WOULD BE ANOTHER COUPLE OF MONTHS. IN OR ABOUT MAY I TALKED TO CAMERON AND TOLD THEM TO JUST PUT THE CAR BACK TOGETHER. THEY SAID THEY FIXED THE LIFTERS , CHARGED THE BATTERY, CHANGED THE FLUIDS. CHAIN TENSIONER EGL HEAD SET, CHAIN GUIDE,SMOGGED THE CAR WHICH PASSED, GAS FILTER, RE SURFACED VALVE JOB. THIS TOTAL CAME TO 2245.00 DOLLARS. THE NOISE IN THE ENGINE WAS STILL THERE. THESE PEOPLE COULDNT LOOK ME IN THE EYE WHEN THEY TALKED TO ME. I FIANALLY GOT MY CAR BACK IN MAY 2012. THIS IS NOT I SAY NOT A PLACE I WOULD RECCOMEND TO ANY ONE. AND WILL NEVER GO TO THEM AGAIN. THEY ARE CROOKS AND I' LL TELL YOU WHY. I FOUND A MECHANIC THAT IS WORKING ON MY CAR NOW AND FOR A LONG BLOCK I'M ONLY BEING CHARGED 1750.00 DOLLARS. WHERE DID 7000.00 DOLLARS COME FROM. CROOKS I SAY CROOKS. LIKE THE GENTLE MAN BEFORE ME SAID " HOW CAN THESE PEOPLE BE IN BUSINESS". IF YOU READ THIS PLEASE DON'T GO THERE. NOT A GOOD BUSINESS AT ALL.

I bought my Pontiac brand new in 1988. 277,000 miles later it's starting to have a few problems, especially with the fuel injection and passing smog. IS&R fixed its current issues in one day and charged far less than I had expected to pay. Good work done quickly for a fair price. Now I'm trying to decide which of its other problems to have them look at next. Craigs great to work with as well!!!

I was on vacation with my family and I had a tire that kept losing air. This place hooked me up with a new tire valve and got me back on the road in no time! Amazing work. The owner Kenni is an amazing woman. It makes me feel so comfortable taking my car somewhere to get an oil change especially being a woman because I know they will always be honest with me. I will always come here for any of my car needs.
