treated me with respect and have flawlessly maintained my 210,000 mile 2005 Lexus RX330
I have been a customer of Monterey Motors for 5 yrs. They have always treated me with respect and have flawlessly maintained my 210,000 mile 2005 Lexus RX330. A specific example of the extra service that they provided me is an issue with my front brakes. Driving the hills in Monterey can be hard on brakes and rotors. I was experiencing considerable front end "wobble". Replacement with standard brakes and rotors did not solve the problem. The service writer at Monterey Motors did considerable research and found heavier duty aftermarket rotors that solved the problem. They are definitely problem-solvers. Arthur Pasquinelli
